random self-care/health tip i once got that basically blew my mind and i think might be helpful to other people too: when trying to “eat healthy” (w/e that means for you), instead of focusing on trying to take things away, focus on adding things. so instead of being like “ok i’m not gonna eat chips anymore”, be like “every day i’m going to make sure to eat one piece of fruit”. it’s a way of approaching healthy eating from self-love instead of self-hate (like, i love myself yay i deserve one piece of healthy fruit, vs i hate myself i want chips but i can.not.eat.them.they.are.bad.). also by adding healthy things to ur day maybe u’ll be less hungry for unhealthy things, so it can have that effect too.

HELP ME FIND A UNI PLACE

Hello everyone! My name is Chloe and I am about to start University in September, a time which is meant to be super exciting for students is quite frankly, ruining my health mentally and physically. The cute kitten who is in the above picture is my ESA pet, Juno! She was medically assigned to me to aid my severe anxiety, severe depression and Dissociative Personality Disorder by my doctor. She is currently being registered to the ESA. My university promised me couples’ accommodation for me and my partner, but as soon as I told them of my ESA pet, they refused to give me any accommodation until the evidence had been applied. This could take weeks or months and by then all university accommodation will be taken since it is nearing the start of the academic year. This meant I had to result to private renting and surely enough, no one was willing to take in animals, not even one that is medically assigned to me. All places that did accept pets have been taken. However, one place remained, but only the more luxurious rooms. This was fine as it was in me and my partner’s price range per calendar month. However, the deposit is £994. Me and my partner only have £600 from a loan we took out and we cannot afford to take out another loan, on top of that, they have given me until Monday to pay it. I am trying to hold them off for as long as possible but I have no other means to gain the extra money in time and I am at the risk of having no where to stay my entire academic year. If anyone could please donate as much as you can, we would be forever grateful. Thanks for taking the time to read this, much love Chloe xo

also a fantastic time to remember that detox/weight loss teas are diuretics and are designed to shit yourself to a certain weight, activated charcoal is useless unless administered as poison control by a medical professional, and please get yourself vaccinated!!!
