You need courage. Unfortunately there’s not much things i can do. (You can read “… you need motivation”) I know you are a strong person with a really strong character. You can do whatever you decide to do. Of course, it should be something positive. I believe in you and you should too. “I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.” You can do it. You can conquer that fear.

Alsooo check this: you’ve survived everything you’ve ever encountered in life, you have 100% survival rate, good job you’re nailing it!! 

I do know that having the courage to do the right thing is hard. But there’s a reason it’s called the doing the right thing. Check this: if it contributes to/enriches you as a person or contributes to/enriches  the world, it is most likely a good thing, so pluck up courage to do it. Find all the advantages and try to look at everything objectively and positively. It usually helps me to keep repeating all the good points to myself.

Long distance is a choice. It’s a commitment to say, “I love you more than all of the distance between us.””
