Hi I’m an anon who sent you a long-ish thing a few days ago about how I do like the book for the most part and after a while of thinking about it I’ve determined I’m more neutral on a lot of it and I am just too tired to give energy being upset about the book lol

(I am sorry as well if my anxiety in that thing came out as manipulative or guilt trip-y I realized that it could’ve sounded like that and I genuinely feel bad about that, I was just nervous and felt like I had to keep apologizing)

I’ve seen a lot of people upset about a lot of TWC book 3 and while I agree with a lot of it I think the reason I’ve been enjoying it as much as I have is because of where I set my expectations for the book, I suppose? Knowing what I know about the series and its timelines and all of that I did expect some of it to feel a bit rushed (which it did) and thus I wasn’t as upset with it ? Also I think it has to deal with my detective and how he ended up being built in a way that makes more sense for the A/M routes than a lot of people’s

Tl;dr I’ve been having fun just because I set my expectations fairly low and I get the upset with the book but I am personally ok with it
