She laughed and nodded in agreement. At this point, he was probably right. She feigned a gasp, hand on her chest. "Oh my word, skipping a workout!" She teased.

The teasing faded quickly though, when he spoke such sweet words. Hayleys features softened and she squeezed his hand gently. "I'm super lucky and I know it, too," she smiled, leaning to kiss him softly. "Yeah through the summer," she frowned a little. "Maybe the dates will be close enough we can see each other more often than not," she said with a smile, hopeful. "Either way, we'll talk every day, you know this. I'm pretty hung up on you," she giggled.

“i spend the night before a drop texting you and trying not to throw up…” she admitted with a shrug. “you know i text you and that’s when my google rabbit holes get real fuckin’ weird,” she nodded with a serious look and then dissolved into laughter. “give me 125 with me sitting on your back. want me to sing fall out boy songs while you work?” she laughed, biting her lip. 

“duh!” she exclaimed, pulling a face. “let me put it this way… if our schedules dont line up it’s gonna suck because i wanna watch every single one of your shows always. so yes, you nerd, of course i wanna come with!” she said, swatting at him playfully.

“I’m not quite that bad, but good to know I’m not alone here,” he laughed.  “I think we are good.  We could probably release our famous ‘Sounds in a Barnyard’ album and it would be number one tomorrow.”  This one just felt different, and it was a nice change from being called sell-outs.  “Maybe I’ll even skip that whole workout thing tonight.  I prefer the company.”  

He looked up at Hayley, trying to figure something out.  “I don’t know what I did in any life to have you here.  I swear, if I would have told people back in Chicago that I’d be dating this amazing girl who is like all things, they would have laughed.  The joke is on them.  I’m lucky and I know it.”  He laced his fingers through hers.  “Do you have tour lined up yet?”

Andy laughed, sitting down, although he had way too much energy.  The band had put a lot into this album.  All the years of building, one after the other, and they were still here.  He hadn’t even been sure he wanted to do this pop-punk thing or whatever emo was.  How the hell did he get sucked into that when he was a hardcore straight-edge guy?  It was a question he asked himself more in the early days, but he couldn’t say he didn’t love the success with a band that was getting somewhere after struggling in club bands for a few years.  

He wasn’t nervous the way Pete was surely, or Patrick too for that matter.  He and Joe were always the less anxious.  “I know.  Shit.  I don’t know how you do this.  Can you ever relax before a drop?  You know I’d actually give you 150, and that’s probably what I’d be doing if you weren’t here.”  He looked over and smiled.  That girl was something else, and he’d had a wicked crush on her for years.  “I’m glad you are here though.  Usually it’s the four of us, but we’ll be together tomorrow.  Do you want to come and watch the show?”

hayley watched andy pacing from her seat on the couch, with a hand covering her mouth, giggling. “come on, babe,” she said, standing up and walking towards andy. she grabbed his hands in hers and tugged his pacing to a stop. 

“you already know what i’m gonna say, so we’ll skip over the part where i tell you it’s gonna be great and you’re amazing and awesome and i’m gonna jump right to drop and give me one hundred, mister,” she said, pointing down to the floor with a wide smirk, fully prepared to sit on his back while he did pushups to distract him from the anxiety surrounding the drop of fall out boy’s single tomorrow.

Yeah!! It's also very complicated something about first year is like fifteen and then you add 9 or 4 or something I don't know honestly I got lost? But they're apparently a thing. I was today years old when I learned this so don't feel bad!
