@fazfounded it’s getting hard to find a silver lining . (for william!)

Disappointment tugs on the corners of of William's mouth before he forces a smile. Dimples, twinkling eyes, the veneer of a childlike optimism that he'd worn as a mask since childhood. He'd stand in the mirror and try to make his face look like the friendly faces in his favorite cartoons, and he'd gotten damn good at it. So good that he figured it didn't mind whatever was behind a smile like that; no one would look closer. Who looked for the deeper meaning behind a cartoon smile?

"Henry, Henry, don't talk like that. We'll fix this. Something like my-- our pizzeria-- Something that captures childhood, the essence of childhood. That creates something that has been and will be the formative memories of countless children, that is a place of wonder and imagination. It's never been easy, but we can make it work."

"You should stand front of house with me, Henry. You'll see the silver lining every time a child walks in and sees their favorite characters on the stage. The character's we created. Children don't care about rumors. Unsubstantiated rumors." He grabs Henry's shoulders and looks directly into his eyes. "We've both lost too much to give this up. We need this.
