this is a dumb, specific question but have you ever thought of, like, duotones for your palette? like if you were gonna recolor a jacket with one color and an undershirt with another, have you ever considered how you'd pair them off? i would love to see your vision if so

not a stupid question anon! i definitely have thought about doing this, but i find it really difficult to match colors 😩 for my personal taste i think (for example) a white/black t-shirt could go with any color jacket, which is why i typically stick with a neutral color like that!

i've been wanting to do accessories that you can use to recolor undershirts and stuff, but i just haven't really managed to fit it into my workflow. and do people feel like those accessories clutter up cas since you basically have to make a new one for every item...? if that's something people are interested in i will definitely consider making them moving forward!

High School Years EP Chain Edit

Ripped this necklace to PIECES!! so that you get three versions of it. The new swatches combine Big Bud Press palette bits together.

The versions that include the chain are a bit high poly (imo) for necklaces, but that has nothing to do with me.. blame Maxis for that..

Snowy Escape EP Wide Cuff Pants Edit (Base Game Compatible)

I made these pants from Snowy Escape longer! Lets get those ankles covered up for cold weather (it is April). Oh, and I slimmed the legs ever so slightly. Of course, lots of extra swatches from the Big Bud Press palette.

Rant: The early access model has kind of creatively bankrupted CC, actually.

#if you have /ANY/ interest in making cas cc please give it a try!! #the learning curve for maxis match cc is not steep at all. most of the difficulty is figuring out how to use blender! #the more people who make cc and bring their own personality and style to the hobby the better #and it makes the community feels much less homogeneous! #you just have to start!!

Base Game Hockey Jersey

I have always wanted to make a hockey jersey, but wasn't really sure how to cobble it together. I think I've managed it this time!

All of the jerseys have home/away versions (except for the cerberus swatch) with logos from specific packs. The names and numbers are based off of townies from that pack (i.e. the High School Years jerseys are Harjo, Prescott, and Price).

Also, I made two swatches based off of my own Sims, hehe. Those swatches have mint bars in the thumbnails! I had a ton of fun coming up with color combinations, which are based off of real NHL jerseys 😁

I used graphics from helgatisha and trillyke to make many of the swatches, and the Simlish font is Lengiza by gazifu. Thank you!

Throwback Fit Kit Tracksuit Conversion (Base Game Compatible)

This is a conversion of the child tracksuit from Throwback Fit for adults. Weighting this thing was a pain, but I think I managed to get everything.... reasonable. Let me know if you catch any issues though!

Precinct 57's Finest Set (Base Game Compatible)

Happy third anniversary, Disco Elysium: The Final Cut! To celebrate, I made a set of six CC items inspired by Precinct 57's very own, Kim Kitsuragi. I had a lot of fun making these, and I hope you enjoy dressing up your Sims as our favorite Revacholier.

Incheon Arrivals Kit Loose Fit Shirt Edit (Base Game Compatible)

I've been on a bit of a kick lately trying to turn Maxis meshes I want to use into something I might actually use. This is my latest attempt transforming another Incheon Arrivals full body outfit into a top.

Instead of solid colors, I used trillyke's Pattern Bundle Pack #1 and Ultimate Plaids to add 27 patterned swatches. If there's any interest in Big Bud Press palette recolors let me know and maybe I'll add them in the future!
