OH what a party this turned out to be, goes to show no matter where they docked Sindria company throws the greatest bashes. Upon this day it was upon the homeland of the young woman that had stolen his heart, though he often wondered if SHE knew just how much she meant to him aside from Sinbad’s constant flirting with her. There was a part of him that assumed that she might have thought he did that sort of thing with every beautiful woman that he meets and..to the untrained eye that MIGHT be true.

But where people saw it as flirting Sinbad saw it as ‘haggling’ or a form of innocent manipulation in order to get his way, with Emily it was..different. Words were smoother, his intentions were genuine and the smile that last on his face around her was everlasting. Sinbad had ‘fallen’ and he he fell incredibly hard..but what way can he cement his feelings? How could he make her see everything spoken between them was the truth and nothing more? Hmmm..his eyes began looking around the room.

AHA!!! His eyes spotted mistletoe. He can go in for a kiss under one of those, so he steps away from the ‘bar’ to approach the lovely young woman. Of course he had done the usual, told her hello in his own way, he told her something sweet and held her hand. Sinbad spoke about small journeys, little complications that happened with his company at one point considering their finances until finally he arrived under the root.

“Oh my..would you look at that, we’re under mistletoe. Do you know what that means my darling?” Oh, he laid it on thick with his words, already giving her a pet name in some attempt to paint her cheeks red as he slowly leaned himself closer to her until finally the gap between them was no more and his lips gently collided with her very own, welcoming her within a warm and passionate kiss. Now hopefully she could FEEL that his heart needed her, after such a long voyage and so much time away from her, Sinbad was ready to make that next step.

Even without destiny guiding him it would have been extremely foolish for Sinbad to believe pretty words would quell the storm and allow him to bypass the trials. But..her question still baffled him..if his love to dance with the chaos in this world. However, unfortunately for him and for the rest of his crew he had no chance of answering as they were all swept away through different rooms of the labyrinth, forced to arrive back within the treasure room. 

To think..all of what they’ve been through and yet the trial involved much more traversal. However, a trial like this was..easy to say the least as Sinbad always ‘found his way back’. “I think I might just steal your heart yet, o’ mighty Djinn.” Sinbad utters under his breath as he pushes forward. “I have to believe in my friends..,they’ll definitely make it.” Sinbad spoke as he picked himself up and began a jog.

The labyrinth was filled with traps, monsters and twists and turns, all of which Sinbad avoided quite easily as his eyes followed the the golden trail. The best paths in which to avoid the mighty harpies that laid within this dungeon as he saved his strength in case he would face the Djinn herself in combat. Time had past and Sinbad had found himself back within the treasure room, he’s navigated the twists and turns and braved the hurricane winds that stood within his path.

“No matter the obstacle, be it stone or even strongest gales and I will always find my way.” The conqueror spoke as his eyes peered around..none of his retainers were around just yet.no matter because in his heart he knew they will join him soon. “Earlier you question whether I have love in my heart and question that love’s very resolve against the cruelties of this world. Let me tell you o’ mighty and powerful Djinn. The scars of the chaos remain ever evident on my skin and yet my love for my country..no, this world was not shaken. It is my love for this world that set me on this journey, I wish to change it and make it a better place for all. A world without fear, a world without war, and I solely believe this my love and my resolve will see this dream through. In fact I believe with all my heart that I am the only one that can do this and your power will aid me in making this dream a reality. Would you not lend me your strength?”

"Oh mighty dji- ooh wow.." The wielder of three djinns approaches the larger woman, a light whistle leaving his lips. "I've seen three djinns thus far and I've got to say you are definitely the most beautiful among them. Would you care to disregard whatever trial you have in favor of being mine? Think of all the wonderful things we could do for this world together."

It's customary for djinn to wait at the end of their dungeon, patiently stowed away in the treasure room inside whatever artifact they've chosen as a vessel. But that's boring, she's spent a millennia slumbering in the shell of her former home, waiting for one who is worthy, unable to truly stretch out and play. She might still be bound to the treasure room but that won't stop her from greeting her challengers. It's only polite, to see them off before they succumb to the challenges ahead.

But this one, oh this one is interesting. So brimming with energy, a veritable tsunami of untapped potential. As a djinn, she can see it swirling inside of him, adorned with three glowing djinn seals. Ah, who is that he brings with him, she wonders. Maybe if she's lucky, she can meet them before this young man meets his potential end.

And just when her interest is truly piqued, he opens his mouth. Ah. Not another flirt, someone thinking she so weak and maidenly that they can skirt around her trials with a charming smile. This one won't make it five steps before her girls tear him apart.

"My, my, three djinn and already looking to charm another. How greedy. Though you are correct, I am beautiful. But my heart is not so easily won. If you wish to speak with me further, you'll have to show me your dedication. Tell me, little king, do you have love in your heart? And is that love strong enough to dance with the chaos of this world? Show me your heart so I may judge it!" With that, she laughs, bright and chiming. The winds in the dungeon pick up, sweeping the party before her away, separating them to the corners of her labyrinth. "May the winds guide you home."

“It means another one of my metal vessels had resurfaced, with this there’s just one last one to go and then I’m reunited with the three i’ve had since coming into this world.” Not to mention it would have been best if he delt with this as quickly as possible before Sumerian scholars from the Academia got involved and tragically lose their lives over this new discovery. “Considering the phenomenon is a blizzard that would suggest that my djinn by the name of Valefor had taken refuge there. He is a Djinn that allows me to create ice magic as Baal allows me to call forth lightning.”

“Well if it isn’t my busy wife-to-be, how has your labor in my company treating you? You know I think it’s time we actually do something worthy of future newlyweds and go out for lunch. Getting married was THE LAST thing Sinbad would have thought of in order to gain what he wanted, however begrudgingly he had to accept this outcome on the account that his resolve was still in literal shambles.

‘HELL ON EARTH’, that’s what Teyvat was in a nutshell during the cold season, the only place TO go to seek SOME form of refuge from the cold would be Natlan but that’s ONLY if he wants to sweat and turn into a puddle of goop. Once she mentioned getting shelter inside where its warm Sinbad quickly take to her hospitality and saw himself in before she quickly closes the door. Once the door was closed Sinbad had been surrounded by the warm air within the vicinity.

“Oh it feels so heavenly in here.” Sinbad smiles and wraps his arms around her, keeping her close for extra warmth and Archons knows how heavenly it all felt right now. The last thing he needed was one of his own workers bursting into her home to explain that he has work to do when it came to commissions.

Well, of course he’d go with her considering the time spent with her were always precious moments that he simply wish would go on forever BUT then there’s also the fact that the gifts she might have to buy might be in bulk because of all the people they’ve met along their adventures. So many bonds formed, and families reunited that Sinbad could not imagine just how many presents she’d be buying for Sinmas. Eitherway, as long as he could get a nice drink at the local pub once they were done he was extremely game.

“Sounds like a wonderful idea my Dove. It reminds me that I’ve got to start my holiday shopping as well..it’s our third year after all so we have to make it far superior than the last.” There was a smile on his face once he spoke before resting a hand upon her shoulder and then he’d bring her rather closely. “So, who are we shopping for first? I’m pretty..conflicted on what to buy Ja’far. At first I was thinking maybe a desk but then I can add soft padding against the surface for those days he falls asleep at his desk. I should also throw in a cushioned chair with back support.” 

He spoke out softly, but then again he could also forge Ja’far a new set of weapons as well. A steel that’s light yet extremely sharp and an aloy that would allow greater magoi manipulation within.  Oh the ideas were endless, for Hinahoho and the kids it would probably be large Sindrian robes to protect them against the heat whenever they visit, drakon could definitely use a new weapon himself..or perhaps a little pet..something for him to nurture and love..OH yes the ideas were just flowing through his mind. For his wife…hrmmm, it would probably be best if he thought of something in her absence.

“Are you ready to leave? I’ll take us to wherever you want to go by flight..in case whatever you want is outside of Sindria’s borders of course.”

Her expression softened. “It’s not silly at all.”, she primised. “Y’ know.. why I always wear the same dress? It’s… b’cause it precious to me.. and.. what if I’d wear s’mthing different and my brother wouldn’t recognize me?” The traveller looked down on the bedsheet covering her body.

“Mhh. I’m sure..” She nodded and let him go prepare the food. Maybe in the meantime she could have a small nap… yes that sounded good… And she already dozed off.

Hmm that made sense, wearing a dress to stand out in order for her brother to recognize her, honestly, there were a few clothes in Sumerian culture that he thought would look great on her. They were a little skimpy yes but..the sight was just magical. Now with something over an hour passing by Sinbad was finished making her soup. The vegetables and meats were extremely tender and then a few drops of alcohol to enrich the spices and flavor. Oh she’ll be better in no time, he surmised probably in a few hours she’ll be right as rain.

“You’re charming king has arri-” OOOH, she was asleep, such a wonderful sight. “I suppose I can leave this right here.” His voice was practically silent as he left the steaming hot bowl of soup upon the counter next to the bed. Once she wakes up he’ll be ready to feed her as promised.

Serendine had wanted to return with the other , but with bounties on both of their heads , it would have been much too dangerous . So instead , she waited at the company , occupying herself with as much work as POSSIBLE to keep herself from worrying . Thinking about Barbarossa & whatever horrible things he was getting up to would do absolutely nothing.

ㅤㅤㅤ ㅤㅤㅤ  Rurumu had suggested that maybe spending more time with her CURRENT fiancée would help her forget her last . The advice was supposed to be helpful , but with how often the king to be travelled around , she doubted she’d be able to steal even an hour of his time . & if she did , what would she do ? Probably just embarrass herself , or yell at him for something insignificant . So she’d given up on the idea of spending more time , instead trying something a bit more STRAIGHTFORWARD . It was embarrassing , but even so , when the purple-haired male was no longer distracted talking to his friends & workers , she approached from behind . Wrapping her arms around the taller male , about to ask how his trip had been , ready to fall into the ‘wife’ role she was supposed to be . That was until the idiot opened his mouth.

Then just like that she pushes back and everything was back to normal, she had such hot blood coursing through her veins, oh despite his initial hesitation towards this marriage he still admired her in some capacity. “Awww, you’d deny me access into my own office? How does someone so beautiful be so deadly?” His words dripped with elegance and the touch upon her cheek was soft. “Still, I’d find a way inside just as I would have found a way within your heart.”

Of course he wanted to be a little cheesy, she was choosing to marry into THIS after all so she might as well try and get used to his own antics considering she was going to be the only one receiving the affectionate side whilst others were just going to be manipulated. “So, have you been thinking of me while I was away? It had been a month after all. Or perhaps you’d love to join me? You have your metal vessel..so it would do wonders if you’d take a few voyages with me.”

Later? Oh he wanted to drown her in nothing but compliments for NOT only helping him but for looking so beautiful as well. Though he never showed it he was extremely cautious of her considering he could not see her destiny..fate had completely kept him blind when it came to her future but entwined with his own..he saw nothing but light..a light that would purge the darkness in the world. Still, there was something within the depth of his soul that screams of this woman’s danger.

“For you I have the strength to do anything.” So he says with the brightest smile on his face, yet his body didn’t move an inch. It was ONE of those times when the darkness simply paralyzed his body and left him with nothing but pain. The blood was seen coursing from the side of his mouth but he kept a rather bright expression on his face. “Am I on my feet yet?” He asked with the innocence of a child, truth be told he tried so hard to move evidenced by the twitching in his body but alas he couldn’t move.

Lumine chuckled at him boasting about his talents. “M-hm… sounds good..” As he ran his finger over her cheek, it started to feel even hotter.. Was the pad on her forehead loosing its cool already? She watched him and his bird, he was petting him with such affection too. Hmmhh…

“Do you think I’d be the type for earrings?”, she asked randomly and tapped against one of the large, golden rings hanging from his ear. Of course it would be impractical when fighting, but would she be able to pull it off?

Hehe, darling… She hummed. “Hmm how about that performance?”, she decided. It was always nice to listen to one of his stories.

“I think you’d be able to pull them off.” He spoke with a smile and caresses the blond’s cheek rather gently. “These earrings..well not these exactly but before my father was drafted for war when he was a teenager he wore earrings just like these. But I suppose that might sound a little silly.” There was no way the woman would be interested in hearing stories of a child wanting to make a widowed mother happy. 

Then a few moments later he heard a commotion at the front, which meant his message had been received and the herbs and vegetables were sent in order for him to prepare a nice bowl of hot soup for her. “Oh the food is here, you stay in bed my darling Traveler and your future hero will ensure that you do not feel worse. I swear after tonight you’ll feel lke a new woman.” He said with a smile on his face, there was going to be a pinch of alcohol in this as well…or maybe he should make a bowl separate for himself.
