Patrols! Right! Wolfgang, the rest of the pack, and I have all been trying to sweep Lostlorn forest to try and find any sign of Colress. Vision. Anything that can point to this being the place they're planning to show up other than trying to explain to the authorities that yes, being teleported here on purpose by Colress and this terrible, terrible feeling I have is enough evidence to try and... I don't know. Evacuate the area? Maybe try to get somebody else competent in here?

I get why it's not. But... I can't let these visions I keep having happen. I mean... I can't actually see the future or anything, but... I can feel it. It's hanging in the air here. And Wolfy agrees, too. And I can't let that happen. I can't. I can't let go yet...

I think once I figured out names, I decided all of my Pokémon were going to have them, no matter how silly they were. So we've got Maamaa the Wooloo.

Listen, sometimes somebody calls you "Vanillite Kid" and you have no choice but to acknowledge "yep, that's my name now". It took me twelve though, so you're not too far off!

But really, I think the names tend to be more of a human thing. Surprised me how much emphasis there was on them when I finally got into society. And then made up a name on the spot.

Not really? Took me and Wolfgang forever to come up with a name for him other than just the identifier we use in the pack (they're pretty close to letters, so we went by V and W in human language).

And even then, when most species interact, we pretty much just call each other by species name, yeah? Some of my team still calls me "Zorua-Human".

AITA for keeping quiet about the fact I was a part of Team Plasma?

I (26NB) was forcibly recruited into Team Plasma as a child, because my powers were useful to them (I am half-Zorua, so I’m able to create illusions and speak with Pokémon). I fled after three years in when I realized I couldn’t live with what I was doing, and since then only a small handful of people have known what I was. Until recently, when this information was leaked to the public. I’m still trying to deal with everything surrounding that.

I think I may be the asshole for a few reasons. First, I had a relatively high-ranking position for a kid, and I essentially dodged consequences for 14 years. Second, I lied by omission to a lot of people who I’m sure wouldn’t have accepted me otherwise. I also don’t think I would have received my license to practice psychology if I was honest, which means I’ve misled clients too. At the same time, I was a child when this happened, and part of the reason I chose to keep this information secret is that I was terrified for my life if this info came out, since I’m already sort of an outcast as a half-Zorua. AITA?

Oh! I almost forgot to share the other really good news from earlier. When we got unceremoniously dropped off in Lostlorn... Colress's Beheeyem left Maamaa's Pokéball with me as well! So I have my sweet baby girl back...
