so I have like three more hunter replies, and seven caz replies to do, but I’m currently dying because all day I was hungover, and on top of that I’ve either got a cold or my allergies are fucking me up. but I should definitely be online tomorrow to finish up my replies and reply to your starters!!

Hunter laughed softly and nodded, “Alright, deal. I think tonight will be fine. I’m getting better at holding my liquor.” She said, pulling a black crop top from her closet and pulling it on, then found a pair of high waisted jeans to wear with it. “So did you want to pregame here? Or did you want to go to a bar or something before we go party hopping?”

Grey didn’t know why he had agreed to go out with Hunter tonight. Besides the occasional hook up, he couldn’t stand to be around her. There was just something about her that rubbed him the wrong way (no pun intended). He sat on the edge of her bed, twirling a joint between his fingers as he tried to turn her out, but when she spoke his eyes would flicker up to look at her as if he cared what she had to say. She had been trying to choose an outfit for what seemed to be all day and he couldn’t help but let out low sigh. “they are both black dresses. No one is going to be able to tell a difference anyways.” He finally stated, leaned back with his elbows on the bed as he continued to wait for the girl to finish without getting too impatient and leaving.

Hunter scoffed, looking over at him and rolling her eyes at him playfully. “I guess I was right when I was thinking that you’re really only good for one thing.” She said. It was a playful remark, but she knew that Grey wasn’t very fond of being around her unless they were having sex. “I guess I’ll just go with this one.” Hunter mumbled, pulling her shirt off, tossing it into the hamper with her shorts she had been wearing, then pulled on one of the black dresses. “Did you want to take a few shots before we go? You sound like you need one.” She mumbled, tossing some of her dark hair over her shoulder and walking over to the fridge to pull out a bottle of jager. She grabbed two shot glasses from the cupboard, setting them on the counter and filling each of them up.

“Never can hurt to ask. Plus, I’m sure quite a few of them have more money than they know what to do with.” She said, looking at the other with a grin. “I think my friend’s mom used to say something along the lines of ‘The older the richer, the sicker the better.’” Hunter added, laughing.

Flynn quirked up an inquisitive eyebrow at her. “What’s the first bird? Looking hot?” The male was currently sprawled out on Hunter’s bed, mindlessly scrolling through Reddit as his friend perused her closet for something to wear to the party the two were planning on attending later that night. “I think I’m gonna write on my will that everyone has to wear white to my funeral. It’ll be representative of my marriage with the afterlife. Poetic, really.”

Hunter laughed, looking over her shoulder at the brunette that was laying on her bed. “Of course, that’s always something I strive to do.” She teased, pulling a few tops and dresses from her closet, tossing them into a pile beside him on her bed. “That is really cool, I admire the idea.” Hunter said, plopping down on the opposite side of the mound of clothing from him. “So what do you think out of this stuff?” She asked, holding up each of the articles of clothing for a few seconds each.

“You’re the real MVP, Hunter. This is why I choose to party with you, because you expect this type of shit.” Kasey laighed as she checked herself in her mirror and talked on the phone. “I’ll pick you up. That way it isn’t too weird when there’s only one car nearby. And bring whatever you can. I think I have enough, but bring extra just in case mine doesn’t suffice.” She closed her mirror and turned up the heat in her car since it was a but chilly, and she smiled at the thought of the shit the two of them could get into. “So, I’ll be at your place in like, ten minutes? Bring a jacket too, because I’m almost positive since this building is abandoned there’s no heat. And if there’s anything else we need, let me know and I’ll stop to get it. Even when Kasey was partying, she still managed to act like the ‘mom’ friend.”

Hunter laughed, putting on some lipstick, puckering her lips at herself in the mirror before walking into her room to quickly find something to wear. “Well I think I have a bottle of lime flavored vodka with our names on it. Would you be able to get us a mixer for it? I think something like Sprite or even some Pepsi would do.” She murmured, pulling a big sweater from her closet, along with leggings, tossing them on her bed. “I’ll see you in a bit, though. I’ll hopefully be ready.” She said with a laugh, then hung up. She pulled on her outfit, along with a pair of sneakers, then began to raid her drawers for her stash of weed, then went to the freezer to pull out her bottle of vodka. She ended up finding a few bottles of beer in the fridge too, and tossed everything into a tote bag before heading out of the dorms to wait outside for Kasey.

Angelina grinned. She was laying upside down on Hunter’s bed, her hair falling to the floor. “Does that mean I have to wear all black, too? I’m gonna have to borrow something.”

“Well I hope that you would wear black so that you’re prepared for tomorrow too. I mean, I’m counting on you to be there since it’s your friend’s liver.” She teased. “You know you can borrow whatever you want, love.” Hunter said with a laugh, pulling out a black t shirt dress. “I think I’ll wear this and grab my flannel and converse. Do like a bold red liquid lipstick. You know I kill for a good liquid lipstick.” She added.

“Yeah, I know their parties are kind of shit, but they have multiple kegs and, if you trust it, a helluva lot of jungle juice.” Sarah stated. “And at least the boys in Sigma Chi are kind of hot. If you’re going home with somebody, you’re not going home with anything less than a seven.” She laughed before giving the other girl a smile, “Okay, awesome! We’ll swing by yours and then we’ll head out.” 

“Yeah that’s true, they rarely run out of alcohol,  even if it’s not the best alcohol.” She grinned, laughing a little bit, “That’s true, the average is a pretty solid eight on those boys, which isn’t bad for a fraternity.” Hunter said, then smiled wide as she began to walk with the other girl toward her apartment. “So what do you think I should wear? Do they have a theme party tonight? Because those are always really fun to dress up for.”

Cain bit his lip shaking his head “No black” He wrote before standing next her and examining her closet “Black is a sad color, and it’s predictable. You should do something colorful and bright!” 

Hunter laughed softly and looked up at him, then back at her closet, continuing to push through the never ending supply of clothes in her closet. “How about something like this?” She asked, pulling out a blue and white striped dress, holding up against her body and looking at him, playfully striking a pose.

Cain already felt guilty that he’d taken up the baristas time and in the end only wasted it, he hated how he was sometimes and how he always made things difficult for everyone around him. He stopped dead and looked up at Hunter with wide, but sad eyes. He shook his head and after a moment wrote on the paper in his hand that had the forgotten order scribbled out “Nothing…No, I um…I don’t need one. I’m good. Thank you though.” He glanced over at the barista who still looked fuming.

Hunter sighed softly and looked up at him from the little piece of paper that had scribbles on it that began to somewhat name a drink. “Let me buy you a drink, Please?” She asked, biting her lower lip and looking up at the other with a gently smile. “Just calm down and take your time, write it down for me, and I’ll go up and order drinks for us.” Hunter placed a gentle hand on top of his in attempts to calm him down and soothe his nerves. She loved Cain like a brother, especially since he reminded her so much of her little brother. She felt some sort of instinct to take him under her wing and be there for him.

Who are your favorite people?

I have a lot of people that I enjoy a lot around here. Probably Maxxie, because he is adorable and he always has my back. Kasey because we like getting into trouble, Flynn, because he’s Flynn, and Cain, because he’s such a sweetie.

Hunter desperately needed her coffee fix, between how many codes she had to write and all of the final projects piling up on her to-do list, she barely got enough sleep; especially since she always chose a social life over sleep in her spare time. She walked into her favorite campus coffee shop, the very familiar ring sounded like music to her ears as she opened the door. It was then that she saw a very flustered Cain. “Hey Cain, what’s the matter?” She asked, placing a gentle hand on his arm. “You didn’t get any coffee? Why don’t you let me get you one? I’ll pay.” She offered, smiling gently at him.

Cain stood in front of the barista at the coffee shop as he quickly tried to write down his order on a piece of paper. The lady behind the counter was obviously impatient, tapping her toes and strumming her finger in the counter before giving out an annoyed huff. Normally he was quick at writing stuff like this but how impatient she was caused Cain to get flustered. He couldn’t finished writing so instead he just walked away from the barista leaving her more annoyed than before and him without an order. As Cain walked away he made brief eye contact with someone he thought he recognized but the shame and embarrassment he felt caused him to hide his face and hope they didn’t recognize him.

“I’m thinking about wearing all black tonight, just so that I can kill two birds with one stone, y’know? Because I’m going to be attending my liver’s funeral tomorrow morning.” She said with a laugh, glancing over at the other before letting her gaze transfer back to her open closet, slowly studying each possible outfit she could wear.

“Sigma Chi? Their parties aren’t always the best, but it’s worth a shot.” Hunter said, looking over at the other, shrugging. “I mean, it’s worth a shot. Frat boys are the easiest ones to go home with.” She said with a laugh. “I’m down to go, but I definitely want to stop at my place and change. I’m still in my comfy class clothes. And they’re a little too homeless chic for a frat party.” She added, laughing a little.

“Word on the street is there is a day party still going strong at the Sigma Chi house. I’m done with classes. If you are too, we should definitely hit it up.”
