As we face the hardest part of our lives, I pray that this pandemic will stop and proper medication is given to those who need it. I pray that the world will continuously healing and give another chance to humanity. I pray to those hearts that were broken due to this pandemic. I always show my grades off and it always fall to disappointments because others got higher than mine, I learned that I should keep those informations to myself. I should be happy because I achieved that not for other - not to prove something to others - but to give myself a better future. Furthermore, I should celebrate it also by myself, I should be happy and contented by what I got. I learned that my biggest competitor is the one who I look up in the mirror everyday,
Nevertheless, I also learned that college is not a competition anymore, but a collaboration to help each one another graduate and achieve the goals and dreams you built. A class should also have unity, and honestly, you should pick one another up to have a better relationship. Because at the end of the day, learning matters most.

If you feel like you want to binge✨🍃🌟🌱
* Take a shot of apple cider vinegar! (Or a glas of water with one tbs acv if you find it difficult to shot it)
* SLEEP! Take some melotonin and sleep, you can’t binge if you’re not awake.
* Watch a movie, make a list of movies you want to see and watch one everytime you feel like you want to binge.
* Listen to podcasts or a book!
* Take a walk in the nature! Fresh air and burns calories!
* Make a list of all your ”safe-foods”.
* Start scapbooking or start a diary.
* Get a new interest, like skateboarding or dancing.
* Write down low-cal recipes.
* Make a foodplanner and plan what you’re going to eat the comming week.
* Call a friend, ask if they want to do something.
* Explore your town!! (And if you’re done exploring your town, take the train or bus to another town)
* Make a new spotify-list.
* Do quizzes on Buzzfeed.
* I use to go on Asos and save clothes I’ll look good in at my UGW.
* Go our and try on clothes, it makes me so happy now when I’m not as fat as before to try on clothes. And it makes me not want to “ruin” my progress.
* And if you really must binge, binge on berries or watermelon. 100g of watermelon is only 34 calories and 100g of strawberries is 32!

30 things you can do instead of binging
1. spin in circles
2. listen to music
3. chug a water bottle
4. drink green tea
5. get in bed
6. take a warm shower
7. watch a show
8. draw
9. do your homework
10. go for a walk
11. have diet soda
12. get outside (as far away from food as possible)
13. count to 100
14. procrastinate. say you’re gonna eat in an hour, then when the hour is up, say you’ll wait again. see if the urge to eat passes
15. coffee!!
16. watch youtube, netflix, etc

18. clear up your phone storage

20. clean something gross like the bathroom, you’ll probably not wanna eat afterwards

22. for some people, watching mukbangs helps, but for others, it makes them wanna eat more. so do whatever helps you

26. for me, looking at thinspo just triggers me to binge for some reason. but for others, it may give you motivation.

✨No junk food except in moderation and only on “cheat” days.
✨Drink 3 cups of tea daily.
✨Never go for seconds.
✨Never exceed 1000 calories.
✨Take at least 20 minutes to eat a meal.
✨Chew slowly.
✨Drink a lot of water everyday.
✨Fast at least one day of the week.
✨Fast intermittently every day from 7pm to 7am (12 hours).
✨Don’t eat at night or past 7 pm.
✨Chew sugar-free gum instead of food.
