Everyone makes jokes about how Neuvillette would be repulsed by tap water/x gross brand of water/etc and I don’t disagree per say but I also am just haunted by the fact it seems this guy will try anything if only to fit the water on the highly detailed water rating system he has in his head. He goes to Chenyu Vale once and seems to immediately rush to drink from the natural streams of it. He drinks fancy bottled water. He drinks from your teapot fountain. With his dragon immune system I think he is unbothered and at most a little disgruntled by bacteria or similar things . I think you’d have to hold him back from trying pool water solely out of curiosity . And yes he probably would not like it but the fact he would go for it is very harrowing to me

Listen if the study of ancient humans doesn’t make you at least a little bit emotional idk what to say.

I started crying today at the museum because they had reconstructed the shoes of Otzi the iceman.

Either he or someone he knew who cared about him made these shoes out of grass and bear skin and twine and he was wearing them when he died over five thousand years ago.

And a Czech researcher and his students did reconstructions of these shoes and wore them to the same place where he died to test them out and they were like yep! These shoes are really cozy and comfy and didn’t give us blisters while hiking!

Is that not just the coolest shit ever????
