Going to Target for release weekend? A must ✨ Who else is so ecstatic that we have 1989 (Taylor’s Version) now?! What are some of your favourite vault tracks? I currently can’t pick a favourite but I love “Now That We Don’t Talk” and “Suburban Legends”!

During the release of this album, as Taylor was re-inventing herself, it felt like I was too in high school. I remember not having many friends and coming home sad everyday from school. I felt alone. And slowly, my mental health was spiralling downhill. I was going to see Taylor for the first time in concert at the 1989 World Tour in Vancouver when I was hospitalized and had to stay in the hospital all summer long. My anxiety and OCD were debilitating. But I got better and being able to listen to 1989 really helped me through my healing process. And in October, my dad surprised me with a weekend trip to Toronto to see Taylor there! I was so happy and I’ll never forget that trip 🩵 This album has been there for me through the toughest time of my life and I’m so very grateful for Taylor for this. I’m so proud of her for re-recording and reclaiming her work!! She’s honestly the best and I love her so much!! @taylorswift @taylornation

1989 is my favourite album of Taylor’s. It helped me through the most difficult time of my life when my mental health was really bad 🥺 It was also the first time I got to see Taylor live on tour. And now, I get to hear 1989 (Taylor’s Version) 🩵 I love you and I’m forever proud of you @taylorswift 🫶🏻

Reading this is making me cry 🥺 I’m so happy that Speak Now finally belongs to Taylor 💜

It’s here. It’s yours, it’s mine, it’s ours. It’s an album I wrote alone about the whims, fantasies, heartaches, dramas and tragedies I lived out as a young woman between 18 and 20. I remember making tracklist after tracklist, obsessing over the right way to tell the story. I had to be ruthless with my choices, and I left behind some songs I am still unfailingly proud of now. Therefore, you have 6 From The Vault tracks! I recorded this album when I was 32 (and still growing up, now) and the memories it brought back filled me with nostalgia and appreciation. For life, for you, for the fact that I get to reclaim my work. Thank you a million times, for the memories that break our fall. 💥🐉🏰  Speak Now (MY VERSION!) is out now.

I’m VERY excited to show you the back cover of Speak Now (my version) including the vault tracks and collaborations with Hayley Williams from Paramore and Fall Out Boy. Since Speak Now was all about my songwriting, I decided to go to the artists who I feel influenced me most powerfully as a lyricist at that time and ask them to sing on the album. They’re so cool and generous for agreeing to support my version of Speak Now.
