i really believe that discussing the character with someone who shares ur interpretation is the closest u can get to modern day philosophy. we are like plato and aristotle but talking about a fictional guys trauma
also what is with people tossing out support for nonbinary people when the nonbinary person is a celebrity. as soon as demi lovato changed their pronouns from they/them to they/she everyone, including supposed allies of the community, IMMEDIATELY dropped the “they” part of “they/she” and started referring to them as a woman again. then when “unholy” by sam smith and kim petras won a grammy people talked about how kim petras (just her) made trans history by being the first trans person to win a grammy. and yes this is something to be celebrated, but is sam smith not also trans by virtue of being nonbinary? did they not also make history? or do you not see them as nonbinary because they’re amab and not feminine enough to cross the man threshold for you? and yes nonbinary celebrities are not going to see you referring to them as if they were cis but your trans acquaintances sure as fuck are
At some point along his travels Anduin found an injured stray dog. It limped as it walked. Anduin loathed himself for he could not call the light to the dog's aid, but he did not give up, he'd never. He used his first aid skills and helped the dog heal over the course of a few weeks, and in turn the dog gave him valueable company. Helped Anduin in turn when his limbs ached from the years of walking, carried his bags when they felt too heavy, kept watch for dangers in the shadows, provided love and affection to a very lonely man.
Anduin would find the dog a forever home before he departs to Silithus. As much as he wanted to keep him by his side, he could not live with himself to bring the dog into further danger. He needed to find his answers alone.
