As was confirmed on Twitter by Sarah Nakamura back in season one, those are not Portal Stones. They are just road signs. They have no symbols one would expect to see on Portal Stones, just Old Tounge script giving the names of cities, towns, etc. that fans translated.

I’m just so curious about how the Cairhien gang are gonna get to Falme, because there is a shot in the teaser of Moiraine and Lan at a previously unseen waygate, but I think it was only them there

And they have been making sure we see the portal stones again this season

It’s another month, and I need help with rent once again. I was hit with a huge overdraft at the end of last month due to an unforeseen expense on top of what I already had to spend this month, so things are pretty bad.
