Me? Posting a fic that I was supposed to have done a full half month ago??? More likely than you think!!!

Anyway. Here’s my very late addition to @klave-fucktober (better late than never, right?)

“This might surprise you, David, but no— no mention of sexually triggered superpowers in the good ol’ Hargreeves Homeschool Sex Ed.”

“Hm.” He smiles that soft kind of Mona Lisa smile that only really makes an appearance when he’s got an idea gestating in that funny little brain of his. The kind of smile that usually precedes Dave shyly asking to try something new.

“What?” Klaus laughs again.

“No, I just…there’s so many things you’ve taught me…don’t take this the wrong way, but I just never thought we’d discover something new for you.”

Now it’s Klaus’ turn to smile, and he’s giddy like a firecracker.

My contribution to Klave Fucktober for the prompt “Kitchen Sex”.  The title comes from the AWOLNATION song Sound Witness System, which honestly I have ambitions (?) to make a whole series out of.  I promise at some point I’ll finish out the one line at least which is “passion, domestic; passion, abroad” ahaaa *sweatdrop*

A/N: Here’s the first of two little smutlets for @klave-fucktober. Thanks as always to @spanishmossmagnolia @badsext and @cemeteryklaus for putting up with my late night screengrabs and pleas for validation.

C/W: Smut and a sort of angsty, bittersweet ending. Period typical homophobia. References to mosquito bites - for anyone who is allergic.

Summary: A young soldier seeks some alone time in the jungle, but he’s not the only one.

Snippet: Joe probably shouldn’t have followed them. He’s not sure why he does. He keeps his distance, stalking them through the moist evergreen until eventually the blond one pulls the darker man to him, pressing him up against a tree with a flirtatious laugh. 

The darker man returns his smile, allowing a hand to run down his partner’s cheek before drawing his face to his own for a kiss. Joe has never seen two men kissing before. It feels illicit, taboo. Pastor Williams back home had a word for men like these: sinners. Joe finds it impossible to tear his eyes away, something deep inside compels him to keep staring. A prurient curiosity, the dark beating heart of a voyeur. 

They are whispering to each other now, their faces pressed together. Once or twice, the slender one’s eyes turn down towards the ground and he shakes his head, his fingers clinging to the sandy waves at the base of his partner’s neck. The sadness inhabits him so fully, Joe can’t help wondering why he seems so troubled. The blond man attempts to soothe him, hooking his arms around the other’s rakish waist. Joe thinks maybe he hears him say something: “It’s gonna be okay,” or something similar, something that makes the other man look back to his face with those green eyes, his lips pressed together in a sad, grateful smile. And now they are kissing again, hungrily this time, as if one might of them might fade away if they stop.

A/N: The second of my @klave-fucktober smut nuggets. Thanks to @cemeteryklaus and @badsext for the beta read.

Snippet: Klaus is only an inch shorter and yet Dave always feels like he’s towering over him when they make out like this. Maybe it’s because Klaus is so slender and rake-like. Or maybe it’s because he’s become so good at blending in with the scenery, at fitting in.

Back in ‘Nam it had taken Dave a while to realise there was something different - something out of place - about the pretty green-eyed boy who seemingly dropped into his camp from thin air one night. Now it’s him who is out of place in this strange new, remote-controlled, wifi-operated, no user manual world.

But he doesn’t care. Klaus’ arms are looped around his neck and that’s the only home he’ll ever need again. He drives his hand up through Klaus’ curls and pushes his tongue into his mouth. He tastes like the blueberries he sneaked while cooking, meant for the pancakes.

Dave pulls him closer. He’d pull him inside his own body if he could, but he will settle for here in his arms, in his mouth. He slips a hand down those lace-up leather pants. They are getting baggy. He really does need to eat more. Soon there will be no ass left to grab…

“What are you wearing?” he asks, breaking off from the kiss.

Klaus shrugs with an only slightly sheepish smile. “Found ‘em in the laundry room.”

Dave pulls away and tugs the elastic waistband out of his trousers so he can see them in the light; a pair of silky pink panties. He coughs out a laugh and looks up at Klaus, who attempts a weak defence.

“What, I didn’t have any clean ones!” he says, not even trying to keep a straight face.
