@ladylemoon : Here is your trade sorry it took me so long I hope you like it!! Law’s black eyebrow twitched as he rubbed the bridge of his nose before glancing at the time. It wasn’t even time for his third cup of morning coffee yet and alas he was already stressed out. “ I thought I told you to stop eating poisonous fruit do I have to cuff you to me on every island we go to” he questioned with a hand on his hip He swore he could feel his blood pressure rising the moment they had the nerve to laugh. “ it’s an accident I swear captain, besides they looked tasty”. Law just stared not blinking for a solid moment before he finally spoke up “ I swear Rio, you and bepo give me  too much to do around here” Rio just shrugged before he averted her eyes whistling slowly. Law blanched “…where is penguin and shauchi ?”  he was almost afraid to ask. Rio let out a nervous laugh “ actually uh about that I was on my way to tell you but well I got hungry “ Law could feel his heart slamming against his ribcage he wasn’t sure at this point if this was anxiety or if he was having a stress-induced heart attack at the moment. He took a deep breath before he forced himself to ask once more “ Rio please” he said sounding just tired already Rio raised his hands up “ right right, well we found a giant mushroom and were going bring it back to the ship and then I lost them, bepo went with them so they should be fine.. I think,” they said with a nervous laugh sweatdropping at the deadpan face law was giving them. “ let’s just see what trouble those two dragged bepo into this time” Law grumbled under his breath as they stepped off the ship, walking in the humid swamps and pushing the large green vines out of the way. Rio just grinned up at law “ hey captain can I wear your hat?” absolutely not” he said flicking Rio’s forehead. “ OW” Rio whined rubbing their forehead. Before they just laughed “ You know we should meet up with Luffy again, it would be fun come on”  “ I think I rather drown “ he said grunting which only made Rio grin “ you say that but you like hanging out with luffy too” Law grabbed the back of Rio’s shirt to yank them away from the inviting poisonous fruit nearby “ You and Luffy are already similar enough that I can’t handle two of you at the same time, now let’s find those three and leave- He said only to be cut off by three very familiar voices screaming out Captian!!!. Law looked over seeing a massive bear chasing the three of them. “aren’t you a bear bepo! Cant, you talk to it!”  penguin cried as they all ran and hid behind law “ sorry…” bepo said hanging his head down low. Making shauchi and penguin gap at the polar bear “ Why are you saying sorry!!” they yelled in unison. Law just grumbled as he grabbed onto all of them “ room” he mumbled before they found their way back on the ship. Law stood there hand on his the other wrapped around Rio’s waist to keep them from falling over. While Bepo, Shauchi, and Penguin were all in a heap on the deck of the ship. “ What did we learn today?” law questioned looking over the whole situation. They hung their heads down “ Don’t go picking mushrooms in another bear’s territory” “Wrong, no picking poisonous fruits “ he corrected before he finally helped Rio stand on their feet “ alright everyone in the infirmary, god knows what wounds you all got” he grumbled watching all of them stagger off. Law glanced over seeing Rio standing in place not moving from the spot “…What is it now?” Rio looked up with big eyes before they beamed at law just raiding sunshine and sparkles around them. “ Thanks for taking care of me again captain, haha what would I do without you “ Law glanced to the side not seeing anyone looks like it was just them He shook his head before he leaned down a bit brushing Rio’s hair behind his ear “ Probably die without me, the amount of poisonous plants you eat is ridiculous “. He said despite the small smile creeping up on his lips . He stepped back “ Do try not to eat any more fruit  your important to me..you all are “” He said with a red growing tint over his face Rio blinked as they stared at law who was running a hand through his black hair “ You worry me every time you go out and eat another poisonous fruit, I know you’re strong but try to be more careful, this isn’t me asking this is me telling you as your captain” He huffed out before he took one deeper breathe “ If you ever tell anyone about this conversion I will  shove you overboard “ Rio just smiled up at law “ see I totally knew you were the bad boy but secretly a softie type. But I will try to be more careful then “ Rio said elbowing him Law just grunted before he heard a loud crash from the med bay “ Never a moment of peace on this ship” he grumbled before he watched bepo come running out “ Rio, captain!” bepo cried out hugging the both of them “ put me down,” law said looking away struggling to even tell him no. He jolted when he felt another two arms he spotted his other troublemakers. Law just accepted his fate at this point, realistically what could he do, room himself and make bepo cry? Or god forbid Rio they both had the saddest face whenever he did that. “ “ Thank you, captain, we heard everything you said, you are important to us too!” Penguin said with tears in his eyes Rio nodded his head in understanding with a laugh as they joined the group hug with law in the middle of them all “.. fine your all important, but you all need to be treated” “ aye aye!!” the four of them said. Law snorted maybe this sappiness wasn’t the worst.
