The other day I had this song from tik tok stuck in my head and I was asking Sophia if it was on her FYP and she asked if I was singing G-Eazy like the Tumblr girls guy...I gave my best blank stare and she replied with Tumblr ya know that OLD blog and picture reposting site. I played it cool while pretending like I forgot about Tumblr because this is my secret safe place. Not that I think she could or would find me but yikes I didn't think she had any clue what Tumblr was.

Also I just caught up on my Tumblr so I'm sorry if you got a bunch of notifications from me.

I had my five hour shift today and the mall was doing fire alarm testing so I had to be at work for 7. My coworker also showed me how to do our inventory scan. I think I did ok if I didn't I'm sure we will hear from corporate. I got out at 12 and got coffee and gas. Now I'm laying in bed with my window open and my door open listening to Taylor's new album. I doordashed some BBQ from this new place up at the stadium and it needed me to scan my id to prove I'm over 21? I have no clue why because I didn't order anything with alcohol. I haven't had the house to myself in months. It just feels nice to not have to worry about my music being too loud or not using my Alexa in my room because my dad's using the one near the treadmill. I have tomorrow and Thursday off which are my dad's days off but he's hopefully working Thursday because they have something going on and they want him there. I'm not really sure what but sometimes when they have a share holder meeting they like him there since he's been working there 30+ years and knows a lot of people? I was excited for the whole day to myself but now I get to meet my cousins baby Thursday. That's way more exciting and I don't think we will be there terribly long anyways.

Double posting sorry

I might take Patrick to the NH James Taylor concert instead of Boston. I have no one to go to the NH or CT show with and the NH one is in the summer and the week of the 4th so it's extra hard for someone to get time off. He said he was down to go. I just need to talk to my sister Sunday and see if it's ok. We kind of talked about it already and she was fine with it. If not I'll go alone. I'll go alone to the CT show too. If nothing else I'll have extra leg room and at least one side I don't feel like I'm right up next to someone. When I was talking to him about it he asked if we could find a general store. He loves a good NH general store and I love that about him.

I ended up walking yesterday. I took some ibuprofen and ate dinner then felt better. Still not my best but holding myself accountable.

I have a headache And I don't think I'm going to walk tonight which means I'll only get 3 20s in this week which is my goal but I've been doing 4. I'm ok with that or I'm trying to be ok with it.

A rant to just get it out.

Started off overhearing my dad calling his primary care to see if there was any updates on the paperwork he dropped off last week so he could get the ok to go back to work. They were closed for the holiday. Then he texted his boss that he still hadn't heard anything only for his boss to tell him someone from the company said they got the paperwork and he was supposed to go back today🙃. He's a lot like me and I know he's freaking out because he should have been mentally and physically preparing himself a bit more. Sleep schedules are a huge issue for both of us and after 2/3 months he's going to need to get up and be at work by 7. He normally leaves at 3:45/4 am (it's a 30 minute drive) and I told him leaving later isn't going to hurt him especially since he's not getting paid for the extra time he's there. I'm glad he got the ok but I'm anxious this may be it for him if he can't handle it and he may have to retire.

I went to my physical my BP was 147/78 so not great but it always seems to be high at the office. I've been taking it at home and it's been ok. My weight was down about 8 pounds from the last time I was in for my blood pressure but I did start my period yesterday. My blood work looked good my cholesterol, glucose, and a1c were all good and even went down from last year. She started off by saying I'm not diabetic, prediabetic, or even close to prediabetic so that made me feel good. I'm always concerned about that.

I had dinner with my friend at 4ish. It was great to see her and catch up a bit.

I'm watching naked and afraid with my mom and may go downstairs and walk later or not.

I'm sitting at target in the drive up waiting for my order and Jessie comes on the radio and I think back to 2006 when I told Carly Simon Jessie was my favorite Carly Simon song.

I started writing a post while waiting for my bloodwork to be done. I couldn't see who was calling names to tell if it was to bring a patient to a doctor appointment or blood work. Then one person got called and I heard them say where's the regular phlebotomist. I get called in and show her my sweet spots. She tried one spot and got five viles that took a long time to fill then it just stopped. So it took about 15/20 minutes more for her to do some tricks and find the next spot. She then decided to just start over in case the first five didn't get a good spin. I try to hydrate as much as possible and I hate to be that person but I really am a hard draw. I remember going to my pediatrician and they would send me to the hospital because no one could draw my blood at the office. My dad is the same way so it would really only be fair that I get all the genes when it comes to the medical stuff.

I wasn't going to look up the James Taylor setlist and then I did and I'm going to be so disappointed if he takes a few of the songs off.

This was one of my worst weeks in a while but between the weather doing a number on my knee and choosing to go out Friday it is what it is. I still got my 3 20s in.

I'm not going to feel guilty about not walking after work because my knee can barely bend and tomorrow is another day.
