Does your character use a knife as a weapon? Do you know absolutely nothing about knives? That’s okay, because I am here to help with this handy-dandy guide about knives and knife fights.

He's almost smirking at her response, "Well that answers my question, been a couple months since I last met someone like myself." He sounded cocky now, a grin gracing his lips. "Yours is a lot more fun than mine though, can actually be useful at times."
"Not uncommon at all. I used to do a lot more than scrape my knee. Must have been slacking off on my dehydration for it to still be bleeding, though." She pauses, blinking. "Sixty-five dollar question? Seems like a pretty cheap question, if you ask me. Ask me the million dollar one instead. It’s probably about me and my water-blood, huh? Genetic mutation."

He chuckled a bit, readjusting his aviators, "I have a feeling this isn't an uncommon occurrence for you then. You're welcome, I guess." He shrugged quietly, blinking calmly, "Can I ask the sixty-five dollar question then?" Roman suddenly asked, an almost curious look on his face.
"Fuck me." Immediately, she’s pulling out a half-empty 16 ounce water bottle and drinking it quickly, the scrape on her knee amending itself in a few seconds. "God, I hate when I don’t notice things. Thanks, Roman."

He hung up after ordering and walked
over to join Erik, "Ya know, for being probably
one of the most terrifying people I've ever met,
you're the frickin' grouchiest person
I've ever met." He shrugged on his jacket
and opened the door, over-dramatically of course,
"After you."
Erik sighed and put the newspaper down,
damn these kids. He stood up and grabbed
his keys.
"Fine, you’ll go with me.
You’re not a baby so you come do the
adult stuff with me.”
He frowned and crossed his arms
over his chest, leaning against the wall.

If she could see past his aviators, she probably would have felt offended by him rolling his eyes, "With an attitude like that I can see why." He commented dryly, the cigarette between his lips bouncing slightly as he spoke.
Who the hell are you? (there ya go. rude mystique :))
"A pleasure to meet you too, the name’s Roman, by the way."

"Well, there is a bit of water pouring out of your knee, looks like you scraped it or something." He's being surprisingly calm about this.
"It is for me! Why!? How do you know?! Am I bleeding? Oh God.”

"Well, Miss Ellis, I don't want to make you upset over this... But is it normal to bleed water?"
"I’m sure the pleasure’s all mine! I’m Maya, Maya Ellis. Nice to meet you, Roman."

A snort passed his throat at her amusingly bitter response, "Stole is such a strong word, I prefer the term... Earned." He tilted his head down to look at her, a smile still on his face, "I could give you less shitty kiss if you cooperated, ya know."

He took a deep breath, pulling the other mutant
close, their foreheads touching, all eyes closed
as darkness kept the pair company in such a bad
situation they had found themselves in.
"I still blame you, fuzzy idiot." His words held
false anger in them, the pair would probably be
killed on the spot, depending on who caught them.
He didn’t retaliate, actually moving closer
than Roman had pulled him in. He couldn’t
look him in the eye, but he was able to murmur,
repeating, ”zhough the truth may vary…”
"Zhis ship will carry our bodies safe to shore."

His jaw clenched at her words, eyebrows furrowing, "I remember too, I was kinda there." He sighed and leaned against the tree, wrapping an arm around her shoulders and pulling her against his chest, "I know it's funny, I don't feel like dying to be quite honest," he rested his head against hers.
