Also I was trying some stuff in my art style, mostly just how I draw the faces, cause I just wanted to try it. Don't expect this to stick tho, it was just a lil experiment

Some of my fellow filipino zutara shippers were talking about what if Zuko and Katara are cast-mates but were secretly dating, at first nobody really thought about the possibilities of them being in relationship since everyone knows they hate working with each other (but of course that will eventually change).

Then that’s when I knew I had to do a “Most searches questions interview” wherein they were promoting TLOK by doing interviews since they reprised their roles in some flashback scenes.

Would love to see more of these two in this AU!! 💜

I’ll be back to posting Zutara content on ZK week since I’m going to set up my patreon for some spicy content of my favorite ship (hoping to open it by the end of August??)

*bursts through the door, throws self into a chair and heavy sighs* i just think it would be really nice to see the whole palace trying to flirt with an oblivious/flustered Zuko while SWT Ambassador Katara gets increasingly annoyed about it but she’s not sure why until one day she’s had ENOUGH... 🙄

*makes you a pot of tea so we can gossip*

YES. She feels this weird possessive claim over him and just thinks it’s because they’re ‘close friends’ and she wants his time. His flustered face might be adorable but how come everyone gets to see it?!

She rants about it to Uncle Iroh who just has this secretive smile on his face as he’s like “Ah, yes, I see…” // “See what Iroh?! How annoying they all are?!”

It hits her one day when she snaps and literally pulls Zuko away from the incessant flirting, glaring at all of them all the while. Zuko has a lightbulb moment and is like “omg are u jealous do u like me” and Katara is like “no shut up nerd” but then she’s like “oh wait ur right”

I’m sure it’s been done before, but I mentioned to a friend the idea of combining the “wake up sleepyhead” meme with Zutara, and we both thought it would be hilarious - so thanks for the encouragement A!

I’ve seen a lot of takes on the “over protective big brother” Sokka when he finds out about Zuko and Katara being romantically involved, but personally I don’t think that would be his reaction. I think he’d be a little shocked, possibly confused, but also thrilled. After all, Zuko is a good friend of theirs who proved he was committed to Katara even before they were in a romantic relationship (hello lightning), and like… if you think your sister deserves the best, you can’t do much better than scoring the Fire Lord. (Or alternatively, I could see it going kind of like that scene from Friends…)

Summary
