Does Soot have any particular features to keep an eye out for? If so, I could try telling the Ranger authorities about them so they can more easily find Soot.

Course, being a Hisuian Typhlosion would make Soot much easier to spot in a crowd of Johtoian Typhlosion anyways, but still.

Weirdest rumor I've heard?

Well... something back when I was alive was that there were some sort of soul scattered all over the region that if you collected, you could get a specific Pokémon. Just sounds... strange.
