108.8 lbs today 馃┒ 8.8 lbs until the higher point of my lw and I feel awesome ! it's been very easy to restrict , focusing on trying to up my water intake :-) i've lost about 8 lbs this month so I hope i'll be at least 105-100 by my b-day !!

I REACHED MY GW !!! AND BEFORE I PLANNED TO !!! 馃┒ i'm officially in the 110's , so excited to finally be so close to my ugw . it's so unreal to think all that dreaming of being this thin is coming true .
Now that i'm making progress a LOT quicker , I wanted to update my plan ! 馃悮
Originally , I wanted to reach 100 on my birthday (march 18th) , but seeing as I've lost more than 3 lbs in 6 days , I think I can aim for more like end of february to beginning of march instead ! MEANING , if I truly wanted to go further , I could be at 95 lbs by my birthday .
BUT I have to take account of a few things . firstly , vacation is in 3 days . no access to a scale . On top of that , my mom paid for like the all inclusive food . So I'm a litter worried , but I do have a calorie tracker . I'm giving myself that after vacation , it's okay if I weigh 113 at most since I need to understand that I couldn't predict it . My parents have been onto me even going as far as to making me weigh myself in front of them , saying if i'm lower than 105 than i'm in trouble . so planning on wearing baggie clothes and having heavy shit on me 24/7 馃槶

113.6 lbs today and this is officially my lowest weight since probably 4th-6th grade . it's so wierd since i'm out of high school to see that me at 18 weighs less than when I was a child . I feel really proud of myself for the work I put in to get here though !
hoping to be low 113's - high/min 112's tomorrow , if I keep following what i've been doing (small snack after 12 pm , max 500 cal dinner) then I think I can reach my next gw of 110 quicker than I thought !
I feel way more motivated now with my wl journey since yesterday I had pizza rolls AND pizza but still lost more than half a pound !
still not sure with my ugw , I saw one of my mutuals on 3dtwt is around my height and is 95-100 lbs rn so I think that may be what i'd like to achieve . It's so wierd to think that I'm more than half way there .
feeling so proud !! I feel healthier , I feel prettier , and I feel great :-)

piece of toast - 90 cals
last mean (5:10 pm)
grilled cheese - 280 cals
barely any tomato soup - 45 ish cals
yasoo greek yogurt bar - 100 cals
daily goal - 800 max
todays intake - 655 cals
barely moved today , sick currently so was rotting in bed basically 馃珟

hello all ! sorry for being inactive 馃 I had a lot of gain and loss this month and it really unmotivated me to post , mostly getting to 116 something , getting back down to 114's then up and down etc . However , do to medical issues I haven't been able to eat a lot +a new medication has given me appetite loss and I am back down to 114.2 , and I hopefully will be in the 113's tmrw and keep it up !!! here's my plan <4

My next goal weight : 110
Reach by : Feb 10th (day before vacation)
ugw : unsure , most likely between 105-90 , Once I kind of get the body I'd like I'll begin to try and maintain ! will update once I figure out <3
usual daily cal intake : 400-800 , I don't eat before 12 PM , and don't eat after 6 PM .

114.6 lbs today ! three days ago after a binge I weighed 117.5 , I lost about a pound a day so far :-) all I have been doing is having a small 10-100 cal snack mid day then omading a dinner below 800 cals 馃┒

my new rules for myself to try n drop the last few pounds to reach my gw by christmas !!
new rules
+ never finish a meal , leave some on plate
+ try to drink coffee once a day
+ chug water !!! more water !!!
+ avoid dinner by sleeping early or refusing !!
+ debloat every 3 days with lemon water or salt water
+ if I binge , I must fast for two days !

117.0 on the dot !!! I can't wait to drink my coffee and hopefully make that number lower by tmrw :-) i'm so glad I lost even tho I ate a lot of cake at thanksgiving , but I do think what saved me was that 50 min a day april han leg workout and a lot of water before bed . i'll update tmrw but things have been going good ok the plan I was using !!
