Previous anon here asking about them beds, I had looked at ravasheens post previously but since I couldn't tell if it was the same issue I was having in the image shown I didn't try it, but I did now and it fixed it! Thank you so much appreciate the help! You have no idea how long I have had this issue with the other beds without finding a solution for it, thank you again and hope your day is good!

Hi sorry to bother u! I recently found your cc, it's really good! But I found an issue with your bunk beds, I have had the same trouble with other cc creators beds that I have never been able to figure out whats causing it, did send you a comment over on your patreon but thought I would send a ask here as well since it seems you aren't really active over there! But on the beds there are these white glitchy lines appearing, if u can fix it or tell me how to myself i would appreciate it!

Without seeing pictures of what you're talking about, I'm not 100% what might be the problem, but since you're seeing it in other CC beds, maybe it is an anti-aliasing problem?

If the example in the tutorial doesn't look like the problem you're having, then I'm not really sure what it might be! I actually haven't played the game in a very long time so I don't know if there was an update that might have affected CC.

Helloooo, I've recently discovered your blog and downloads. My favourites are the items from Basic Reduxe. I just had one question (its not a WCIF, but similar). In the Velvet Valentine set, the centre sim has a hair I've fallen in love with. Who is it by? I don't mind doing more searching (and I have done a lot), or finding it myself, but I am struggling to find anything remotely similar to investigate the creators. I've even tried reverse google searching with your image too!

This typewriter is now retired and no longer supported! I haven’t played TS4 in a long time and haven’t kept up with the updates so certain interactions may not function any more.

I am beyond excited that someone made a conversion of something I made! It looks awesome!!

ICYA BLÅHRKY

The Scandinavian shark plushie, and famous internet trans ally, it's BLÅHRKY! Get one yourself for only §50 (Mega Edition costs §85)!

I've been unable to use my PC for the last four months (it d!ed lulz), and as soon as I got it back working (now w/ a graphic card!) the first thing I did was to set up all my things and go back to work on my Sims projects (slowly bc I still have Uni stuf to do).

I then decided to work on a small project of converting @madameriasims4's Blahrky Collection to Sims 3. Atm I only managed to convert the decorative items, still need to figure out how to make the toy version functional. I decided to use the lower-poly LODs as a way to make them more Maxis-match and game-friendly.

CASt-able, 3 channels, 18 swatches (two stencils). As both of them use the Pets giraffe plushie as a base, they have a 1x1 route map. Weirdly enough in-game it says they require Late Nigth, so it's a good idea to have it installed (even tho they might work w/ just base game)

Basic Reduxe Kitchen

CC Set of 14 BGC Items

A combination of my Back to Basics and Basic Luxe kitchens, because I really liked my mesh for the Luxe ones, but I will always love butcher-block tops more than any other kitchen surface. It's a pretty standard kitchen and I think the file names are self-explanatory, so here are some bullet-points-of-interest:

Like my Basic Luxe kitchen, the counter's end pieces have been changed to an alternate full-tile model and a half-tile model for more customization.

The cabinet also contains half-tile end pieces

This color palette draws a few swatches from the Basic Luxe palette, but I changed the hardware color slightly, and grabbed a bunch of colors from sforz's various palettes

The dining set packages come in two standalone versions: one set that matches the rest of the kitchen's swatches, and another set of 18 solid wood tones (bottom two rows of palette image)

Disclaimer: I re-mapped the UVs for the island tops and some counter tops, so the dirt overlays may be funky-looking. Since you're supposed to clean them when they're dirty anyway I decided it wasn't worth the effort to figure out a seamless texture for them (if you saw the uv map you would understand)

I thought it was going to be an easy project (when will I learn?) but I found some mistakes in the original meshes (nothing big but I'm a perfectionist) and fixed them along the way, which took extra time. And then I spent forever trying to decide on colors, and then trying to trim down the count (I cut 2 whole wood tones which helped decrease the number by about 30%).

I also decided to do custom thumbnails for these, because I liked the way they came out in my Basic Luxe set. I spent about three days manually generating, exporting, editing, and importing thumbnails (and even set up an auto-clicker program to help me!)... only to find out that S4S added a "catalogue thumbnail underlay" option in one of their updates. I'm still mentally recovering from that (read patch notes!!) 😔

Anyway, at least I got to play with ReShade a bunch! I've been mostly using it for screenshots in ESO, which is an online game that I can't pause, so being able to take my time and play with shaders and get juuuuust the right look was a real treat!

I use Peacemaker's No Occluder mod to prevent weird shadows from appliances/cabinets.

WIP

I didn't want to post anything until I was in the "picking swatches" phase, but after three days of culling colors I've gone from over 100 swatches down to 55 😩

I thought this project was going to be a fairly straight-forward procedure of putting my old B2B tops on my Basic Luxe counter bases, but of course I overcomplicated things by noticing some small issues with the original B2B mesh and essentially re-mapping the UVs for a bunch of parts.

Anyway, this project's initial scope was just counter/island/cabinet/bar, but I've also decided to try making a small dining set to go with it.

A Maxis Match CC Haul for all genders ~
