yummi made the mistake of appearing in front of him...

When they told her that Archie had committed suicide, she didn't believe it. She thought Valori had said it to make her feel guilty when she flatly refused to talk to Archie when he showed up looking for her.

and that was reinforced when he saw a bright blue cape pass through the pumpkin forest

But now I was literally watching Archie float and levitate things and throw them at them.

until he grabbed her arm... she screamed in horror as she saw a rotten face instead of the face of the person she once loved in life.

With a strong and powerful voice Archie shouted.....

-GET OUT OF HERE DAMN IT! "YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE HERE!!," he said.

-IF YOU STAND IN FRONT OF ME AGAIN, I WILL CURSE YOU WITH ETERNAL LIFE..... YOU WILL LIVE UNTIL YOU FEEL YOUR BODY BEING DEVOURED BY WORMS.... ROTTEN UNTIL THE END OF THE WORLD AND EXISTENCE ITSELF WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF DIE ONE DAY.. ....just be a living corpse condemned to suffer in misery

Archie said and then proceeded to throw it against her colleagues and current husband.

-GET OUT OF HERE!!- Archie shouted while showing his creepy appearance

Yummi had no choice but to flee the place in terror along with her companions and while that was happening, a pleased Archie contemplated everything that happened while laughing maliciously.

He was very happy without guilt or regrets.....

In summary... Archie hanged himself and since Valorie and his group were not there (since they had gone on a mission) it took a long time to later find his body now in a state of decomposition, Valorie being the one who unfortunately saw Archie in that state.

without knowing that Archie's soul stayed on this earthly plane to continue protecting the portal of the end, but now he was no longer afraid but HATE AND A LOT OF RESENTMENT for the world that turned its back on him (that includes Yummi)

Now, as a ghost full of hate, he wanders in the overworld, protecting and preventing the idiots from trying to activate the portal.

Its rotten appearance is what keeps away the adventurers who dare to see it, and know it as ........
