I haven't seen Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?,The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy or Teen Wolf so it's unlikely they're going to make an appearance soon.
Avatar: LAB I watched the first season years ago and have plans to go back at some point so there may be a chance the gang will turn up in the future. Fingers crossed.
Full Metal Alchemist is on my to watch list for the future.

The Villains Bar has it. They helpfully vandalized the wall as a reminder of what they'd done. He'll get a new one eventually - we don't want the old one back. Frankly it's disgusting.

Hi, thanks for your question.
Dr Banner has only recently come to the Cafe and arrangements have been made to install his frame in the next day or so.
Barton's frame was stolen by the Villain's Bar when he was taken by Loki. The hawk was painted on the wall by one of the villains as a calling card. He will have a replacement frame in due time.
Killian was a tricky one. He occasionally heads to the Bar for a drink but it was decided by vote that he'd done enough to warrant a hero frame since he helped rescue Henry, save Storybrooke, put personal vengeance aside and helped Emma and her family by making personal sacrifices.
If his situation changes in the future, his frame will be changed.
