We went to our friend's house to receive a cake. She gave us other delicious teas, and sweets, too. Her way to make tea was very sophisticated, and beautiful. The teas were as follows.

Extra lesson in YCS was held. This online meeting could be partipated by both onlineand offline members. In this meeting, a member in American Peanut Council lectured American peanuts. Also Nadia's staff introduced some reciepes using peanuts. It was strange meeting.

My wife cooked fried banana. It was Indnesian sweets. Soft and melted banana, and crispy surface were very nice texture 's combination. One was natural banana fry, and another was peanuts butter pinced by banana. We prefered natural banana. We enjoyed this sweets time very much.

We take online cooking lesson. The theme of thismonth in this cooking school was Indnesian cuisines. Therefore; we cooked as follows.
gado gado - vegetables with chilly and sweet peanuts sauce
ayam goren - spicy fried chickens
nasi goren - spicy fried rice with fried shrimp tips, and fried egg
We had a plan to cook Pisan Goren, fried banana, but it seemed to be too much for our dinner. They were very delicious, and we enjoyed this dinner very much.

The theme of this month in our cooking class was Syngapolian cuisine. Then we cooked as follows.
achar with crispy vegetables
fried vegetables with pharmented shrimp sauce
Hainan chicken rice
ginger sauce
black sweet sauce
chicken soup
They had meny varieties. Actually, achar was origined from India, and pharmented sauce was similar to Chinese 蝦醤, and Thaiam Gapi. They were extremely delicious, and we enjoyed this dinner very much.

We cooked zarluke, and tuktuka. They were very delicious, but it was the first time both to cook, and to have. They were Moroccan foods, and taught by online cooking lesson in last month. Zarluke was paste mainly cooked with eggplant. Turkish eggplant based paste was more simple, but this paste was used with tomatos, spices, and harrisa. Therefore; taste of this paste was more complex. Tuktuka was tomato paste based on minced puplika and peaman. Both were delicious, and like mideast's Messe. But we found they fit pasta very much. We enjoyed them.

Before golden week of Japan, our cooking instructor held online party. The theme of this party was cooking Korean Kimpap. During this party, we didn't cook it because it was too busy to cook them an see screen at the same time. After finishing this party, we cooked them. To tell the truth, this was the first time to have Korean Kimpap. This was different from Japanese seaweed roll because rice was not soured by vinegur, but with sesame oil. This was very tasty, and we enjoyed this party.

Recently my instructor, Yummy-san, started to post movies to Youtube. Then we wanted to cook some dishes which were published on Youtube. Original movie cooked strawberry jam, but my wife tried to use tomatoes substitute to strawberries. They were very delicious. We enjoyed them very much.

lentils kyocteci - lentils, and buruguls balls
walnuts butter cream with pasta
roasted chicken with oregano flavor
They were delicious, and we enjoyed these cuisine. During making pasta, we had marrital quarrel.

We took online lesson of YCS. The theme of this month was Georgian cuisine. We learnt 4 receipes. One was like big dumpling called Hincali. It seemed to be delicious, but difficult to cook it. We cooked spinach salad called Ispanahi Puhali, and Shukumeruri. Spinach salad seemed to be able to be improved. But Shukumeruri was very delicious. Perhaps we will retry to cook it again. We really enjoyed this lesson very much.

We took online cooking lesson supplied by Yummy-san. The theme of this month was Hungarian foods. Then my wife cooked Goorash. This stew was used Puplika powder, and very delicious. She also cooked Georgian spinach salad and it was delicious, too. We enjoyed this dinner very much.
