Dear God,

Please don’t let me get attached to what’s not meant for me anymore. Don’t let me get attached to something or someone that you plan on taking away from me.

I know your plan is unknown but until you reveal it to me, please make it easier. Don’t let me hold on to what I need to let go of. Don’t let me fight for what I need to release. Don't let me desire what will eventually destroy me. Do not let me love those who will break my heart.

Because I get attached easily and I hold on to things tightly, so please don’t let my mind want things that I can’t handle, don’t let my mind trick me into wanting things I don’t need or things that are not good for me. Please don’t let my heart miss people who don’t miss me. Don’t let my heart long for the ones who left. Don’t let my heart fall in love with someone who doesn’t want to stay.

Please don’t let me get attached to the things that keep me up at night, to people who leave me wondering and to places I’m not meant to live in. Bring me closer to what’s meant for me, let me hold on to those who are meant to stay.

But let me forget about the things that were never meant to be, give me the faith I need to believe that I’m better off without them. Give me the wisdom I need to realize that I deserve so much better and that I’ll be happier somewhere else with somebody else.

Or just give me tolerance I need right now to be okay with not getting the things I want, with not loving the ones I wanted to love and give me the patience I need to wait for your blessings and wait for your gifts.

But for now, please don’t let me get attached to what’s wrong for me. Don’t let me invest so much in things or people I’m bound to lose. Don’t let me want what’s not mine. Don’t let me build a future around what’s temporary.

God lets go when we make it clear we absolutely refuse relationship. Since He is love, and never stops loving, that giving up is loving.Love lets go when letting go is the only way to express acceptance of someone else’s freedom of choice.

 Love lets go up on efforts to connect, when it is clear the other chooses disconnection. In other words, God respects human choice. This is the reason He finally lets go. (N. Parker)

Gather the Roses, the lilies, the pink

Gather the roses, the lilies, the pink.

Think of the joys in your life.

The briard will wound you. The thorns only grieve.

So gather the roses, the lilies, the pink. 😊

The first time i heard this song, i was so amazed and filled with joy with the message of the song. Days after hearing it, as i was on my last chapter of reading the book of “Steps to Christ”, it made me amazed more to find that line in the last portions of the book.

The song was truly a music of love, joy, peace and mercy. Such a promising one.

It reminds us that in our journey of life to always pick roses along our way and not the thorns of life. With full trust and surrender to the Lord, overcome, lessons he wants us to learn, character refining. It reminds us to put away our distrust, our worrying,and our fears. Look away from ourselves to Jesus, look away from other people to Jesus. God has spoken to us words of encouragement. Let’s Grasp them, act upon them, walk by faith and not by sight.

Jesus will not suffer the enemy to overcome us. Jesus will give us the victory. Let’s not listen to Satan's lies, but recount God's promises. Let us gather the roses and the lilies and the pinks. Talk of the promises of God. Talk faith. Trust in God, for He is our only hope.

If you look to ourselves, we will see only weakness. There is no saviour there. And we will find Jesus away from ourselves. And so, we must look to Him and live, look to Him who became sin for us that we might be cleansed from sin and receive of Christ's righteousness.

In this journey of life, let us always inculcate in our hearts and mind that our life is precious in the sight of God. He has a work for us to do. It may not unfolded to us now, but let us still walk on trustingly without a single word because this would grieve the dear Jesus and show that we are were afraid to trust Him. Let our hand lays on His. He is reaching over the battlements of heaven for it to be laid confidingly in His. Oh, what love, what tender love has Jesus manifested in our behalf. The Bible promises are the pinks and the roses and the lilies in the garden of the Lord.

Let our eye be fixed then on the Sun of righteousness. Let us not make our dear, loving heavenly Father a tyrant; but let us see His tenderness, His pity, His large, broad love, and His great compassion.

With this, It is my earnest prayer that His blessing rest upon us in a rich measure. Always remember that we were born with an inheritance of discouragement, and thus we need constantly to be encouraging a hopeful state of feelings. Let us cast ourselves heartily on Christ.

NOTE THAT, It is not joy that is the evidence that we are a Christian. Our evidence is in a "Thus saith the Lord." Be blessed everyone!! 😊😁🙂

I've finally moved on 😁

Year 2017. I had a lot of things I've learned, especially in love. Making my self happy doesn't depend on the person you love. But rather, on those people whom you want to share your love and happiness, to them being so happy to accept it. Stop surrounding yourself to a person who doesn't give importance to your existence. Stop begging for someones' love, time and care and be rather willing to love unconditionally to those people who appreciate your existence. And the most important thing I realized, I need to learn and to do now is this, STOP and CUT OFF the relationship that doesn't help in your spiritual walk and also have been already an unhealthy or toxic to your life anymore. STOP! STOP! STOP!.. be free and move forward in sight of the Lord and not in men. Start the year with full of forgiveness and love alone. Do things for the Lord, for your family, for yourself and not for the appreciation of other people. And so, now I'm ready. IM READY TO TAKE THIS STEP. to step forward with no fear and doubt. IM READY TO GO BEYOND. 😊 Finally, step back first. Because I believe that Sometimes stepping back is the best way for you to move forward. 👍👍 aja!

Love covers all

When we love one another, we more readily and easily forgive those who hurt us, who offend us. Christ’s love leads Him to forgive us; our love should lead us to forgive others. Where love abounds, small offenses, and even some large ones, more readily are overlooked and forgotten.
