Not only can Brett not have anything to do with Molly’s because of Dawson, she can’t have Boden officiate her wedding because he walked Kidd down the aisle. It’s “copying”, and “unoriginal”.
I guess all those times that other fandom told us to go watch the show from the beginning and see how wrong Brettsey is really needs to take their own advice. Casey has known Boden longer than Kidd and been a parent like figure to him as well. D@wsey nor Stell@ride own “storylines”. Of course Brettsey want him to have a part in their wedding. By the way, officiating a wedding is not the same thing as walking someone down the aisle.
Go touch grass. You’ll have your precious show back to yourselves in two episodes.

I can’t believe we’re here, years later, and it’s apparently still a big deal to some that Matt is Gabby’s ex-husband. Gabby left. She was going to leave without a goodbye to Matt before he walked in on her. She DID leave Sylvie without a goodbye. Neither of them owe her anything at that point. She’s not Matt’s owner. Nor is she Sylvie’s best friend, or even friend now.
And honestly? Even if Monica didn’t leave, that’s not a relationship that would have or should have lasted. No knock on Gabby, but she didn’t want a partnership. She wanted to be completely independent in a relationship. Independence is fine if you know how to compromise. You can’t tell your husband that you’re doing something no matter what without a discussion, especially something like a pregnancy that could very well kill you. It’s like she had this idolized version of Matt in her head and being with him was something totally different than she thought.
Matt and Sylvie make sense. They both want the same thing. For each other to be happy. That’s all. I think those two idiots finally figured out that only they will make each other happy. I get the feeling they’ll find a way to compromise to have each other again. Nothing else will do after how they wrote 11x18 and beyond. I can’t believe I’m excited for Chicago Fire again, but here I am. I’m so damn happy.
