if you haven't read over the event starter, it is DOTTIE KAZATORI'S BIRTHDAY. she is turning 21, how the time flies by huh? before you get too excited, she only has one rule which is no one is allowed into madison's room. even if you try, it'll be locked! food and alcohol will be provided at her house. jeff/kitty's band will be performing at her party, brittany will be providing the playlist for when the band is not playing, & hunter is providing the alcohol. and most importantly: everyone is invited! now there's no mandatory dress code, but the theme of dottie's party is TWILIGHT RENAISSANCE/VAMPIRES! #teamedward all the way. if you happen to have any questions about the party at all, you can ask the birthday queen herself, @askdottie. be sure to give her our favorite loca our best birthday yet!

do you feel that cool, brisk breeze? that’s cause it’s spooky season, witches. tractor rides, caramel apples, haunted mazes, the annual caitlin covington christian girl autumn photos… and pumpkin spice flavoring everywhere. we do have some fun events planned for you all, and the most exciting thing of all: two of our members planned it! in real life time, the event will be from APRIL 24-MAY 5. for in game reference: dottie’s bday is october 25th. sugar’s party is on halloween weekend. a specific post will be posted for each both dottie and sugar's parties when they come around.

APRIL 24-APRIL 29: little miss DOTTIE KAZATORI'S birthday is coming up. cheers to scorpio szn! it’ll be hosted at her and madison’s household, so better treat their home with some care. BIG RULE, no going into madison’s bedroom. alcohol will be provided by hunter himself. she has requested that you do not need to wear a halloween costume of any sort. there will be entertainment from jeff's band too. oh! don’t forget to send some cute gifts and wishes her way.

APRIL 30-MAY 5: on the other hand… better get excited because our rich bitch sugar motta is hosting the event of the season. SUGAR'S ANNUAL HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR.

now there are requirements before you enter her doors: costumes are MANDATORY. sorry, dalton students — your blazers aren’t considered a costume. sugar is hosting it at the motta residence in ohio, and everyone is invited regardless of glee club or school. if that doesn’t get you excited, sugar has decided to keep her eyes glued on her personal favorite costume of the night — if she chooses you, you’ll win a $1000 cash prize. seems fun right?

IMPORTANT NOTE: we have a new channel on our discord group named ‘halloween costumes’. feel free to mention your halloween costume for sugar's party ( or ask for ideas ) in case you don’t want to be duplicates with anyone else. or, you could even do a fun group costume if you want!

at the age of seventeen, dani's life was abruptly turned upside down when her parents discovered one of the many secrets she'd been keeping from them, before she had a chance to even consider opening up about it herself. rather than stay behind and deal with the consequences, she packed a bag, left town, and finally opened herself up to the freedom of being her true self.

along that journey of self discovery, danielle became dani - a name that feels just far more her, and along with a new name, began to freely label themselves as both a lesbian and gender fluid, refusing to let the opinions of anyone - including those she once loved - get in her way of happiness.

it's been almost five years since she first left her family, and though she still isn't quite sure she's really found her true home just yet, mckinley has been a pretty solid temporary one. she's managed to make friends, ones who accept her for who she is, and though she hasn't managed to work through everything her parents put into her head... it's a work in progress, and every day that she gets to live life without feeling like she has to hide is a million times better than the closet she'd been trapped in for so long.

i opened up a new page on the main which is our taken character labels, so if any future applicant wants to make sure their label isn't taken you can look over the list. the masterlist should be updated, but i'm still fixing any other things i might've forgotten. if you didn't see already, we are currently doing meme week! go out and have fun with it! i am planning on updating and uploading our new wmacbio's tonight, so hopefully i can get them done as soon as i can. but in the meantime, come send us some characters over!

With both her father and uncle attending Dalton and being Warblers, Jane grew up wanting to follow in their footsteps. With the support of her family, she applied for Dalton Academy for her freshman year, but was obviously rejected due to being a female. Her wealthy parents sued the school and won, and then she auditioned for The Warblers and was once again rejected. Her parents threatened to sue once more, but she accepted that she wasn't wanted at Dalton/The Warblers and immediately transferred to Mckinley Arts and auditioned for the Troubletones. Being apart of an all girls club seemed like one hell of a way to give a big 'F-you' to Dalton, but she had no idea what she was getting into with this club. She's a team player so the current dynamic on the team makes her anxious, and she'd be lying if she said she hadn't considered jumping ship, but she genuinely believes in what the TTs could be if they managed to work together.

Since she was a little girl, Jane's parents have literally given her everything she's ever wanted. She's never been told no, and they have made it clear that they will pay whatever it takes to give her the world, but Jane really wants to prove that she can be successful without them paying for it. The Haywards contemplated pulling a "Varsity Blues Scandal" and donating a large chunk to either Juilliard or NYU to make sure Jane was accepted and given the best of the best opportunities, but she made the decision to not apply for either and stay close to home. Coming from a smaller, boring town and making it big would be more rewarding (in her opinion anyways).

They say college is where you experiment and learn who you really are, and that has been true for Jane. Since coming to Mckinley, she has had her first taste of alcohol, lost her virginity, and thanks to the GSA, started to explore her sexuality. She never read into her obsession with The L Word (primarily Bette, Carmen, and Papi) or Janelle Monae before, but she's recently come to terms with the fact that she likes both men and women — and she might be leaning more towards women. She thinks she needs to hookup with more of both to truly know, but that's what this time in their lives is for, right?

Jesse St James was born to two out-of-work actors and immediately pushed into the performing arts. From an early age he was in singing, dancing, and acting lessons, and filming local commercials. Although some people criticise stage parents, Jesse thrived in the environment and adoration became his fondest friend. 

Unfortunately, despite what he could only describe as flawless performances, Jesse was unable to gain entry into any prestige musical theater courses, begrudgingly opting to train at McKinley instead of deferring and trying again next year. He’s trying not to let him slow him down, and his pride and joy is Vocal Adrenaline, where he has naturally risen to captain. 

Some may think that his self-assured, egotistical bravado is an act, but this is truly who Jesse has been since a child, and it hasn’t made him well-liked, but it’s made him excellent. He’s not out to make friends, he’s out to make fans, and if he breaks some hearts along the way, all the better.

VA is actually part of a separate college like the warblers. so, instead of it being carmel high, it’s carmel university with the roleplay!

since her parents were part of a traveling performance group, they were able to see the talent within their children at a young age. madison has been competitively cheering since she could remember and that seemed to be the ticket into college. now that she's in college and realizing that the likes of becoming a professional cheerleader once she graduates is unlikely, she is having a minor midlife crises.

madison is very much a type a person. she plans her life down to the smallest detail and often doesn't stray from those plans. she believes there is a need for order and control and often blames it on her busy schedule. but, some small subconscious part of her wonders if that is just an excuse to cover her fear of change and spontaneity.

when the glee clubs were announced, madison had dreams that she and mason would become co-captains of the new directions and the school would finally see their talent shine outside of the cheerios. but when mason decided to join the duly noted, madison felt everything shift. never has she competed against her brother before, and its definitely an uncomfortable feeling. currently, she is apart of the troubletones, but that doesn't mean she hasn't set her mind on being the first girl ever allowed into the all male glee club. she just has to prove to them the asset she could be.
