Hawks, slight hotwings I think?

Been searching this fic for weeks, not kidding. (alright, maybe just a little bit, but exaggeration is necessary)

Hii! I’m searching for a hawks and lov fic. In the beginning toga pesters dabi into turning on the news channel. There hawks has been trying to catch a villain and hasn’t been able to. Suddenly the villain moves a child into the middle of the road and hawks like badly injures himself. I remember every single line of that fanfic, but I haven’t been able to find it.
