Radioapple but instead of the usual singing duet banter, they have instrumental duet to express their own weakness in their own notes because one was inable to express their true emotions through words and the other has no social skill by isolation.

They unable to give the hurt/comfort without causing more hurt by their own reasons (both as defense/protecting oneself) so it's just them playing some tunes and keep up with eachother's pace no words or lyrics needed. I have this stuck in my head for a while now.

Thinking intead of the usual upbeat, funky jazziness with lyrical banters that complement their fiery, lively, competitive petty side with eachother, it's just instrumentally feels as like an orchestral without any words expressed.

You know what's so compelling and amusing to me about this is how Alastor has to turn around with the mic in a little spin like some old school entertainer considering that's what he was told to do (neat little detail eventhough we seen him do that multiple times HUAHA)

But also because it prevents us to see what sort of distorted face he was making behind there away from the public eyes. I love the expressions you did for Alastor in every one of them yet I can't help what hatred was shown that was hidden when he snaps that mic in half *personally* and thrown it passed Susan.

Which is another thing that I so found funny about. Either Susan was a gaslight gatekeep girlboss being so unfazed about it or that this shit happened multiple times for her to even consider Alastor any threatening ("all barks with no bites" but instead it's "all bites with no marks")

Which makes me wonder *if* Alastor has ever killed Susan before or not but I think the chances are just slim to even lay a scratch on that old bitch. Either it's because that she's an old woman that it's too "unethical" (rolls eyes /lh) for his image/taste, OR because she was apart of Rosie's people (to which I think only Rosie gets to decide), and he *never* done Rosie wrong before.

I suppose that explains why his face look like an annoyed tired grandpa when he gives Charlie a thumbs up *if* this is what happened when both girls were off the stage, and gives her his staff mic as an oopsie doodle with the one she had before HUAHA

This is my headcanon for what happened while Rosie was talking to Charlie

I know one of Alastor’s design flaws that was complained a lot by people is how he doesn’t look- or shown- a visible feature of a deer as he was supposed to be. Frankly this is an unpopular opinion but I do like how his deer features are minimal. Kinda.

People said how his ears showed to be more like a fox- or a wolf sometimes, but either way those both animals they say to see it as are both predators. And that’s exactly what Alastor, or he himself, was supposed to be seen as. It’s giving the “wolf in sheep’s clothing”- or “in deer’s clothing” eh? Cause he presents himself to be more of a trustworthy guy with a malicious plan up and covered by his sleeves for future purposes.

Which makes sense as to why he was made where his ear looked less of a deer’s and his antlers looked much smaller and not visible enough for people to see. If there’s also another thing we know about Alastor, is that he hates to be seen as a prey. 

His vertically slitted pupils like that of a predator, flexing his sharp nails, baring his large sharp teeth, towering over those who are below him. I think that his deer parts are mostly hidden because he isn’t too proud of what it represents in the first place; a weak, cowardly prey that could be ambushed at any moment whenever.

I love it when people gave Alastor stitch markings glad that one scene that only appeared for a few seconds got a lot of us crazy /lh

The threads/sticthes just has such many meanings left to be unfold. Many interpertations... aside from it being to stick with his whole vodoo side theme.

In the "how irritating" part of the Alastor doodle here, the way I see it- not sure if it was intended or not- but I LOVE how the things that surrounds him was the "irritating" stuff;

the eyes that stares at him, seeing him in his weakest, to we all know how much he *hates* to be seen that way.

The alcohol, the laying piece of monocle, his coat, and bowtie, seemingly there to show how much in disarray he is, how his usual strong and high composure is faltering by the situation. An image he had made for himself and for everyone to see him as, simply now he had to take them off

His broken staff as an embarrassing reminder of his failure.

And last but most important one. *the wound*. A striking realization that he had learned in the hardest and painful way possible. That he has grown a *heart* for the casts, to the point of almost "dying" for them. To the point where THAT will be what his legacy's end be known for by the society. An Altruist. Putting his hand over it as if to hide it away, this one being the most irritating of all.
