Excruciating pain

After the previous post, and after a bath, the pain in my lower abdomen began and continued for another day and a half. I was bed ridden. I don't know how to end it. A bit of movement, like walking seemed to help. I began taking some nettle and ginger tea and the blood seems to be less clumpy. Now the pain has subsided but that usually happens after two days of pain and sensitivity.

Got my period today

I was feeling very sensitive to everything yesterday and today even more. It's a rainy day and I'm glad I'm at home. I just feel bloated. No pain yet.

For the past two weeks Fabrizio has been away in Germany and I've had the house to myself. It feels nice to have some time alone.

I also discovered with my acupuncturist that my liver may be acting up by directing energy at my spleen and weakening it and causing heat in my body. This resulted in two big pimples on my face and a few on my chest.

I will be taking different herbs to help disperse liver chi in all directions instead of in one direction.
