🌞What I ate today, 8/16/2021🌞
TW: calories + restricting
(I’m gonna start posting these daily to hold myself accountable. I’ve been eating fast food almost daily, and just got back from vacation, where I was devouring restaurant meals and cocktails 3+ times a day. I haven’t restricted in a long time, my first day in over a year.
Meanspo or encouragement to eat less is welcome, lol)
✔️Medium coffee = ~150 cal
boyfriend got it for me at a deli, and added tons of milk and sugar. Not sure how much tbh, it tasted super sweet.
✔️4 cups of water = 0 cals
✔️Minutemaid lemonade = 260 cals
dying of thirst at the amusement park and they were out of water. Not my best moment.
✔️ 1 chicken tender = ~110 cals
✔️10 french fries = ~100 cals
✔️1 cup of chicken soup = 87 cals
✔️Diet coke = 0 cals
TOTAL: 757 calories
I’ll be drinking water for the rest of the day. I added an extra 50 calories to my final count, just in case I go back for a bit more soup later.
Might go to the gym soon. Won’t be including exercise in my daily calorie count.
