Elaya here, by the way! I sort of fell off the fandom a bit (actually fell off writing completely, or so I thought until I discovered my current hyperfixation with a certain Poirot episode...), but this project might get me back into writing Casskins content one day...eventually.

But first I NEED to finish telling Charles' and Egg's story before it destroys me from the inside!

A03 is a treasure trove. It’s where I go to read fixit fics of ships and episodes showrunners crashed and burned or simply forgot about. It’s where I go for comforting tales of happily ever after for my ships.

Recently I’ve been reading Casskins ones because the show introduced this ship then abandoned it so fics by @jenksel and now one I discovered by Elaya bring the ship to a safe harbor, a cove where no one can destroy it.

#Oh my word! Tag rant coming up! #See THIS is what I don't understand about that last episode Dean dares to call finale #and why it's such a nail-on-chalkboard kinda thing for me #because the last episode made it out to be as if the reason the 3 LiTs are not in the Library anymore was because they forgot that it exist #but when they left they DID remember yet left willingly because they felt betrayed by it #Nicole being the catalyst and brains behind this operation didn't really change the fact that the Library did nothing to prevent it #when we know it actually has a very real and tangible spirit #yet they were all left to figure things out on their own and in the end were let down #THAT'S why they left and that's a state which STILL exists when they come back #so them leaving and coming back because 'oh there's a place with books you forgot existed' doesn't make ANY lick of sense #In Cassie's case especially - precisely because the Library hurt her so much that she probably built this wall around herself #out of protection - because knowing what happened to Jenkins would have eaten her up! #and then Eve finds them and is forcing them to remember and honestly #if I was Cass I would literally be SO MAD at her #like this entity killed off my love and if it had help or not from somebody else is literally irrelevant - it LET it happen #and I left BECAUSE of that and now you want me to come back and save its sorry ass since it can kill people on its own but can't do THAT? #All while the very reason I left (Jenkins being dead) still exists and hasn't been resolved?!?!? #srew you and screw your magical place with books all the same! #and then we get all this boohoo with Flynn and them being all emotional and that cheesy kiss - while Jenkins is just an afterthought #and in the end it's FLYNN of all people #the guy who was just a miscellaneous character who didn't do anything for 50% of the show (HIS show) #who HAS to save the day because god forbid we let anyone but him have any character development #and in such an awful way - like him going up to Nicole basically saying #'remember that good d*ck you got from me?Now it's going into someone else but the memory of it will be enough to keep you from turning evil #GAG - go hump a cactus! #and then nothing else what happened through the entire season mattered anymore and nobody remembered #and Dean saying he based Cassandra on his on daughter - well thanks a lot #good to know she can't get any real character growth and remember what she has been through all this time and how much she learned #because you're so far up Noah's ass that you can basically wink and wave out of his mouth! #I HATE HATE HATE that ending!!!

leave them alone and let them hang out around in ur room (normal)

trap them with a cup and a sheet of paper and put them outside (mostly normal)

slap them in the air or on your skin (sure)

hit them while theyre on the wall or a piece of furniture so it leaves a stain (absolutely fucking deranged)
