roleplaying is a part-time hobby not a full-time job.

     muse comes and goes. free time is a privilege. mental health needs attention.

you should never treat people poorly based on their availability.

“What could be better than living around the same seven or so people for the last few years? And getting synthetic food that, and correct me if I’m wrong, won’t get you fat? Yes please. I couldn’t think of one thing wrong.” Sarcasm, yes, but there were times that she’d wish to be in one of their places. Then again, she’d need to be significant with some sort of ability to even step onto that ship. “Though a good bar is pretty amazing on a night like this.”

There are scars on him that he remembers, stories to tell to someone he knows better or if he started drinking again. But now stories that belong here when she’s smiling at him and he doesn’t feel a crushing weight on his chest whenever he tries to inhale. “Uh, good question. I think it was just sparring with a friend? Or might’ve been a bar fight. Honestly who can keep track?”

That was something that resonated with a small part of Neva. The side that was pushed away and locked years ago. The one with bandages instead of rings and blood stains for makeup. “After your first few ass kickings, you tend you want to forget them. Though, if I were you, I’d go with the bar fight. It’s a lot more interesting and appealing if you were to use it on the ladies.” She shot him a wink.
