thinking about the poll about canon vs non-canon ships that didn't define terms, and the current fandom focus on things "going canon," so i made up a scale.

this is NOT a question about whether canon matters to what you ship (or matters at all), just how to define the phrase "canon ship."

many ships start low on the scale and slow burn their way up, so vote for the point when you would have called them "canon." i agonized over the order (especially #4-6) for a day and a half, but i went with the order in which i think joe random with a nielsen ratings box and no tumblr account would notice/call something a romantic relationship.

#7 or 9 #I would not consider a ship Canon if there weren’t mutual feelings shown on screen/page/whatever #like I don’t consider Fitzfool canon #but the fools feelings for Fitz are canon

May Writing Challenge

This May I want to get back into writing. I’m not at all consistent. I’m at a point where I don’t feel like I can work on bigger things, because I can’t guarantee myself to keep working on it in a week from now. So I will take this month as a training month to get back into the habit of writing. I will do this by writing (or trying to write) 200 words every day. Topic is irrelevant. How great my writing is that day is irrelevant. Just 200 words written down. A habit taking 21 days to form was debunked, it does take a lot longer, but 31 days are a start I would say. These are already 140 words, so 200 words every day are hopefully manageable. You're more than welcome to join me if you like 😊

isn't technically supposed to fuck people outside of his arrangement with his patroness unless she gives permission, but does so often. although it's usually with other males, so is it really a big deal?

in his bg3 run, he did betray the tieflings and attack the grove

doesn't believe there's any sense in feeling guilt over his kills, the important thing is his own survival

cares more about his own pleasure in bed than his partners (with exceptions if he... has some care for them outside of it)

engages in poorly-negotiated kink

he's a misandrist

is a strict domtop but he lives in menzo and is trying to become a consort :/

lolth boy, marked himself in her honor

finds it amusing to make other people do his bidding, especially if he intimidated them into it. this does extend to people he likes.

these are only mild flaws, if u ask him, his biggest flaw is that his skin is too prone to freckling and he could never heal the scar on his neck.
