Some more Wild!Troy fluff. He found a lost hooman while traveling. He means no harm of course, he’s just examining them! But they’re understandably afraid, so he boops noses with’em to show he’s a friend. Not sure if they’ll understand it or not, but he’s trying. ;w;

WHEW BOY I have been sitting on this animatic for 2 YEARS 🙃.

I first posted this as a WIP on DA here and I planned on finishing it way sooner, but I never got around to getting back to it until now. I think the main factors that made me procrastinate so much was that for a long time I didn’t know how to fill in certain gaps of the animatic. I didn’t know how I wanted it to look… Then I finally chipped away at it again maybe last year? Or several months ago… and I finally filled in the rest of the gaps. And then, because I felt like the audio was too low, I wanted to put subtitles to make sure you knew what they were saying. But then that became too tedious, which made me stall more… and eventually I just decided to amplify the audio to make it louder, and ditch the subs. And now we’re here. I see things that could be better/fixed and made to look nicer, but I’m calling it done lol. Overall, I do still like how this came out, and even though it’s really janky and messy. Audio was taken from here!

A scene in my head that I thought would be cute to try. This was going to be a comic at first but then I decided to turn into an animatic. Sleepy Troy + baby Alice speaking in toddler= A confuzzled Troy.

Come on Troy, she’s clearly saying she wants a sippy cup refill! Get hip with the Goo Goo Ga Ga lingo!

Jonathan and Lyra-J-Minsel’s character Angel as little kids! This was a collab. I did the lines for Jonathan and the color, and Lyra did the lines for Angel! I really love this little comic ack. ;w; They didn’t canonically know each other as kids, but we thought it’d be a cute idea for them to interact as kiddos. They’re supposed to be at a school where humans and giants coexist.

Jonathan came to “pick up” (hehe, pun intended… >w>) Lyra-J-Minsel’s Angel after a shopping trip!

I was thinking he called/texted her, asking what she was up to, and wanting to so something with her but not knowing how to ask or being too shy. So when she tells him she’s just finished shopping (maybe for groceries, clothes, or other some stuff!) he offers to come and give her a literal and figurative lift!

Hand Held 5.1

20ish years ago I drew Hand Held 5, and here is my current revised version.

Kristine was sneaking in the grass, doing her best to go unnoticed by any humans or wild animals. While the grass provided shelter, the grass also made it difficult to see. Suddenly, she took a tumble, tripping over a rock. Clumsily she fell through blades of grass, rolling to a stop in a stretch of dirt.

Dusting herself off, she quickly got up to hide in the grass again, at least, that’s what she planned to do. When getting up, her ankle seared in pain unable to take any weight. Recovering, and debating her next move, a large shadow blanketed over her and much of the ground around her. Oh no.

Her fall had caught the attention of a human man. Leaning back, she tried to see him and read his face, but the midday sun cast him in shadows. There was no way of knowing what he thought, good intentioned or not. Still trying to see him, the massive human shifted downwards coming towards her. His hands reaching out.

Oh my goodness!! Background, foreground, mid-tone shadows, new textures, i tried so many new things. I took my time with this one. I hope you enjoy G/t community. ❤️ much luv!
