bones fossilize, that’s why we have dinosaur bones today! The fatty and soft tissues all succumb to decay and natural processes of the earth whilst only the most concrete proof of life stays. Very interesting i think. Makes uou sorta wonder tho, how many things have died out due to them not possessing bones? How many animals and bugs have simply been forgotten about? We don’t know, we won’t ever most likely.
