Coastal Cottage is actually one of my least favorite settlements. It’s small, rugged, and there’s a huge eyesore of a dilapidated house. But the views are nice and I love being close to the beach! I did the best I could and covered the old house with a hollow church. I spent way too much time building steps into the settlement that NO ONE is ever going to see. I could probably get a lot more done if I didn’t nit pick on areas like steps that no one’s coming off the road onto!

Sometimes when I’m building I’m like damn, I can’t believe I get to live here. And then I have to say, No, you don’t live there. It’s just a video game.
Tenpines is coming along! Just built the guest house for friends and employees. Definitely taking my time with this one because I like hanging out here! Weirdly I tend to stop visiting my completed builds, which is why I wanted to save pictures of them! I ended up losing a lot of screenshots from my past save because I thought screenshots saved to the Xbox. No, they don’t, I guess. So not making that mistake again!

Hancock is my in-game ghoul husband and I can hear myself saying to him, Now, I know I promised you a chem room but we just don’t have the space in this house! And I can hear him grumble, For real? 20 million seating areas and no space for a chem room?

It’s an imaginary dream cabin but I still need a place to do make up, right? I converted CVC’s Workbench into a vanity because that’s what doing make up really is, work!

All of my employees at Tenpines Bluff will be wearing Operators suits and Pack masks. In my opinion Pack masks are the greatest apparel in the game. I even like using the masks in room decoration. Anyway, I think this outfit gives off kind of an Eyes Wide Shut vibe, even though I’ve never seen the movie. I have never thought of building such a decadent living space before, but it’s been really fun to try to make a cabin as fancy as I can in a post-apocalyptic landscape!

Got a bit done on lots of different areas in my Tenpines build. My obsession with building over shacks has not stopped! I built this triplex over the standing shack for employee quarters. The shack is still accessible, just need a ladder down then up to get there! The triplex has a nice porch with a view for the settlers to relax on their time off! Not that they can’t come hang out in my mansion, though.

This is the dining area in the main cabin. There’s a large kitchen area with a breakfast table or where Nora gets her reading done at night. There’s also a large dining table for guests and a banquet table for parties. In the back there’s a beverage area for guests that are thirsty - a soda fountain, coffee machine and Nuka Cola mixer! In a separate room, there’s the stocked pantry with two employees doing meal prep.

Bedroom is coming along, still need to decorate around the porch with the amazing view! I have a mini bar up there with a bartender, a cozy fireplace and a comfy double bed. Next door is the sauna, walk -in closet and bathroom!

Made a little sauna using the mist from the mod Settlement Markers!

So now that I have a successful auto dealership, motel on the beach, and plenty of cabins to rent out, why not build my first player home, and why not it be a mansion? Okay, maybe just a cabin mansion at Tenpines Bluff! I have always loved the view there, even with the destroyed interstates in it. The sunrises and sunsets are really awesome! Just started this one but kind of excited about it!

Kali and Malcolm’s room at Finch Farms. Yes, I’m going to repeat characters. The mod I have only has so many different settler names. Hehe.

Work in progress Finch Auto Farms, just under the overpass and down the block from fire yielding raiders and a junkyard full of gunners. You can’t miss it!

Abigail has all the details on the farm. If it’s happening, she knows about it.

In my last save, Abe was a top notch BBQ’er with his own restaurant and sharing his farm with a super mutant. Now he’s selling cars and hoping his boys will get serious about the business so they can take over one day. He has the biggest office and his sons share the other.

Jake is currently selling more cars than Daniel, but Jake always feels like he has something to prove.

I have a couple of headhunter settlements where all my settlers hang out until I pick them for a job in the settlement I’m working on. They usually have the bare minimum - just enough food and water, a couple of buildings with shops to make money and all the beds are in the same room. I took Miles from Greygarden, one of those settlements, and brought him to County Crossing. I put him in a new outfit with a new job and now he looks like a new man, or ghoul, that is. He runs the farmer’s market and has a cute little house with his daughter. He just has this good little life now and he actually looks really happy!

Some pictures of the little boat town at Taffington Boathouse. I “hid” the old house there behind the new boathouse, you can see the roof in the first pic!

Worked on Finch Farm a bit. Have the dealership parking lot and offices built. I covered the shack with a warehouse and a garage door so the Finches can get out. I put a slot machine in their house and boy do I notice all the Finches love that thing at first, but then they stop using it. They must realize after awhile it’s a scam!
