Then the hb fandom has the nerve to compare Stolas' parenting to doofenshmirtz's. Like, get tf out. At least doofenshmirtz actually tried to make sure his daughter had a normal life and have good things. Literally, he threw whole fucking birthday party just for Vanessa. The fact that I’ve also seen the HB fandom paint Octavia out to be the bad guy because of how upset she is towards Stolas cheating, when she’s a 17 year old girl who’s living in a toxic environment is aggravating and disgusting. Yes, we get that Stella is a bitch and was cruel to Stolas, but according to Octavia things used to be better, and their parents had been arguing ever since the cheating from HER perspective. Of fucking course she’s going to be upset at the person who cheated and made her mother upset, (therefor starting this whole scandal), and yet people portray her as someone who doesn’t want her father to be happy, or doesn’t care about the abuse he goes through, and that is NOT the case. She’s upset because all they do is argue now, and she can’t take it. She loves her parents, but she sees how torn up her mother was from the cheating, so that caused a resentment towards her and her father, which makes fucking sense for a 17 year old kid. Y’all will say fucking anything or target any character to make people like Stolas and Blitz look good, and it’s sad.

Like how Vaggie straight up told Charlie what Alastor's intentions were even though the hh fandom could've figured it out themselves. I hated how predictable Alastor was and I wish the pilot would've just kept him mysterious instead of making Vaggie break it down and basically expose Alastor and how he's the most dangerous demon in hell.

They showed fucking Adam????? I understand showing off the exorcist angels but HIM???????? I thought he- I thought most ALL the angels were gonna be hidden until later on, at least the important ones.... I don't know how I feel about this, this gives me the feeling that Heaven won't be as mysterious as I thought it would be (in the beginning at least.) Why show this guy instead of any of the other demons? (Like Mimzy or the two news hosts, or even Lilith...? ESPECIALLY Lilith, since we've already seen Lucifer). Maybe it doesn't even matter that we saw Heaven in the C.H.E.R.U.B. episode...

That’s why I honestly don’t understand why they’re revealing certain characters like this. In my opinion, it would have been better if they just revealed the main cast, and then properly introduce the rest of the characters within the show. Revealing important characters like Lucifer and Adam just feel uncanny and underwhelming, wouldn’t it be better to hype them up in the show? You still have characters like Baxter, Crymini, and Mimzy, three other main characters that will be joining the hotel eventually, so you could have even showed them instead as well. And yeah, it was weird how they showed Lucifer, but not Lilith.

The fact that Blitzo, Moxxie, and Millie were casually walking around normally in seeing stars and nobody gave a shit. I just hate how humans in that world are just portrayed as being dumb. Do the disguises just don't matter anymore? What's the point of having Loona and Stolas get into human forms if the humans on Earth don't even care or acknowledge that demons are just walking around them? It used to be important, but now it's not.💀

Why Background Humans should point out I.M.P.

Today I’m going to be discussing why I believe the humans that aren’t notable characters in Helluva Boss should be able to point out I.M.P and why it doesn’t make sense to me that they don’t. Anywho let’s get started.

Throughout Helluva Boss, Blitzo, Millie, Moxxie, and sometimes Loona travel to possibly many locations on Earth throughout the first and possibly the second season of the series to kill certain people. However, throughout said series, the humans in the background barely recognize the demons for what they are, demons. I’ve discussed this a couple of times in my past questions as to why humans are pretty dumb in Helluva Boss and as to how come they never really recognize I.M.P. In order to prevent the demons from being found out they’re usually identified by other creatures, for example, Moxxie being called a Possum in Spring Broken by one of the drunk adults. Yeah, it’s hah hah funny, but compared to certain humans they don’t identify the demons as animals or any other creature that’s on Earth. They identify the Imps and a Hellhound as demons, nothing more nothing less.

People compare this situation to Invader Zim and I’m gonna compare how Invader Zim handles it differently and somehow handles it better than Helluva Boss.

Invader Zim Comparison

People compare Helluva Boss to Invader Zim mainly the “Humans are oblivious to the MC’s true appearance and race”. I’m gonna discuss why Invader Zim’s works and why Helluva Boss doesn’t really work most of the time.

First off, Zim has a human disguise and he’s in this disguise most of the time whenever he’s outside his own home. His appearance damn near matches that of the appearance of humans (mainly due to the same art style) with the only difference between him and them being that Zim has green skin. This can pretty much be easily dismissed as a unique skin color or rare disease.

Second off, Zim doesn’t look like a typical alien at least not how humans view aliens. When we think of Aliens..we usually think of how movies or other forms of media portray aliens, we don’t truly know what an alien looks like. Zim looks more like a giant bug creature than an actual alien if I’m being honest.

Third off, Invader Zim mainly takes place in one setting and Zim in his human disguise is playing as a child. So adults would most likely ignore him and children wouldn’t be aware of what Zim is because they are children. The only child that’s aware that Zim is an Alien is Dib and he’s obsessed with paranormal stuff. However people dismiss Dib as insane which is pretty understandable.

Blitzo, Moxxie, and Millie only wore human disguises or any other type of disguise once, which was in C.H.E.R.U.B and Blitzo was the only one who wore a disguise in Seeing Stars. Aside from those two episodes they never wore any form of disguise ever again, exposing themselves for the world to see nonstop.

Blitzo, Moxxie, and Millie look like demons. They have red skin, pointy tails, and curved horns, and are small or tall in height. While humans probably wouldn’t know what exact demon they are, they should be aware that Blitzo, Moxxie, and Millie are demons because that’s how demons mainly look and are portrayed in media.

And lastly, I.M.P travels to many locations likely all around Earth. They need to travel to certain places so that they can kill who their clients want them to kill. So there should be at least one person aside from the person they are killing who should be able to recognize what I.M.P are.

It’s weird that the cartoon made for kids handled this aspect better and has more logic behind it than the cartoon that’s targeted for a mature audience. But I’m well aware that kids watch Helluva Boss too.

Plot Convenience

The main reason why certain humans in Helluva Boss recognize I.M.P. is that it drives the plot forward. If the DHORKS Organization wasn’t aware of what I.M.P is then there wouldn’t be Truth Seekers and if Martha and her family weren’t aware of what Blitzo, Moxxie, and Millie were then Murder Family would be really short.

But this raises problems within the series. It’s telling me that the DHORKS Organization were suspicious of what Moxxie, Millie, Blitzo, and Loona are but literally most of the residents of LA that encountered them were not. Hell an entire group of people mistook Blitzo for some famous sitcom actor even though he just had the attire, the hair, and the big ass ears. Yeah, they have a similar body type, but the red and white skin, off-colored eyes, pointy demonic tails, and horns that are literally out in the open. How in the world did nobody notice any of those features?

An entire beach full of young adults somehow couldn’t identify what Moxxie, Millie, and Blitzo were, the numerous bodies in trash bags behind them, or the fact that they were killing out in the open. But somehow they were able to identify the giant fucking mutated Kaiju Fish and run away in fear. That doesn’t make much sense to me.

Cannibalistic Serial Killers are aware of what Moxxie, Millie, and Blitzo are. They don’t know their exact race probably, but they know that they’re demons regardless likely due to the fact that they’re Satanists.

People dismiss this by saying “Oh they’re in LA, they think they’re in costumes and stuff” or “Humans are just dumb like that”. Yeah, they’re decent reasons, but when certain human characters recognize them quickly after encountering or even looking at them, how come the background characters do not?

Conclusion

Apparently Vivziepop referenced a tweet where someone (positively) says “Bojack horseman is like the therapist scene in Rick and Morty was a show” and complained about how it’s a terrible scene because it explains all of Rick’s problems. I actually understand why people don’t like the scene but it’s RICH coming from the women who loves to have music videos and songs flat out explaining what characters are thinking and what they’re being criticized for. All of Stolas’s songs are about how sad he is.

Vivziepop: I don’t like the therapist scene in Rick and Morty because it flat out explains all the problems that he has.

Truth Seekers was bullshit and a waste of fucking time. Like, literally what was the point of that episode if Blitz and Moxxie's dynamic never change. Last time I checked, Blitz would treat Moxxie better from now on, but that's all thrown out the window because season 2 happened! Woohoo! Great job, Vivziepop. You just created the most well developed episode for Blitz and Moxxie yet, but decided to cock block it all because of bad writing apparently. Gave them a song and everything and you still managed to fuck it up. Blitz will always be an asshole, so I don't know why Truth Seekers even exist.

Blitzo and Moxxie's relationship has developed somewhat in Truth Seekers, with both members respecting each other. With Moxxie's trip orchestra confronting an illusion of Blitzo both of them sharing their feelings about their friendship, promising each other that they'll be better, and Moxxie saying that he'll improve on speaking his thoughts.

Once the side effects wore off, Blitzo tells Moxxie that he's hard on him because he knows what Moxxie is capable of. While I do find Blitzo's negativity towards Moxxie to be some sort of tough love to be bullshit, I don't believe that his compliments to Moxxie weren't sincere. Especially the part where Blitzo wants Moxxie to call him "Blitz" instead of "Sir" signifying, to me, that Blitzo wants Moxxie to be more comfortable around him so that he wouldn't lose him. Moxxie never called the people he worked for their actual name up until now which can also be an indicator that Blitzo respects Moxxie more.

And then Season 2 came along and undid all of that development between the two main characters. While they obviously haven't interacted at all in The Circus and barely interacted in Western Energy, I might as well list the things Blitzo did or said to Moxxie starting with Seeing Stars, to EXEs and OHs, and Unhappy Campers.

Blitzo

In Seeing Stars, Blitzo basically insults Moxxie's weight after Loona does the exact same thing

Blitzo calls Moxxie, Millie's "whorebag husband"

In EXES and OHs, Blitzo in annoyance pushes Moxxie out of the helicopter they're in regardless of the fact that Moxxie is shivering in fear

In EXES and OHs, Blitzo threatens Moxxie simply due to the fact that he thinks Moxxie spread rumors about him. Idk why Moxxie was like the first suspect in his head-

In Unhappy Campers, Blitzo literally threatens Moxxie in order for Moxxie to leave his office but he also tells him to handle the task as well. I get that he was frustrated because he was trying to find Barbie Wire for some reason, but I'd think that he would be a bit calmer especially after the talk between the two had.

Blitzo tells Moxxie that he doesn't trust Moxxie with anything because of how he fucks up his job despite telling Moxxie that he does a good job all the way back in Truth Seekers.

Then lastly, Blitzo calls Moxxie a disgrace with no hesitation, but this is pretty understandable because Moxxie did spend an entire fucking week on one mission that usually takes them at most hours to complete.

So, Blitzo in Season 2 hasn't changed in the slightest, he's still the asshole character he is to Moxxie since the beginning with the difference being it isn't shown on screen that much and I'll explain why later on.

Moxxie

While Blitzo's character has stayed mostly the same, Moxxie seems to have regressed heavily instead. Throughout Season 2 he's way more submissive towards Blitzo and more like his lapdog instead of his employee as he does random stuff to please Blitzo.

I am a bit burnt out right now, so I don't feel like providing examples however I will say this. In all of the examples I provided about Blitzo being a bully towards Moxxie especially when Moxxie is on screen, none of them show Moxxie actually talking back to Blitzo. Moxxie just takes it.

In Season 1 he would insult Blitzo back, even though Blitzo always got the last fucking word it shows that Moxxie was willing to stand up for himself against bigger demons. But Moxxie right now is just a pussy. I wish I could be nicer, but comparing Moxxie's personality from Season 1 to Moxxie's personality from Season 2, it's just night and day. Moxxie in Season 1 was more assertive towards assholes even towards the main characters, but Moxxie in Season 2 is more assertive to the antagonists and that's it. Especially when you callback to Truth Seekers when he says himself "Be better at speaking my mind", but he doesn't.

There's also the fact that Moxxie still continues to call Blitzo "sir" even after Blitzo wanted him to call him by his name. I don't believe Moxxie calling Blitzo "Sir" is a subconscious reaction anymore considering the number of times Moxxie calls Blitzo "sir" in Unhappy Campers alone. If Moxxie truly wants to respect Blitzo he'd call Blitzo by his name, hell Blitzo was the one who literally wanted him to call him by his name in Truth Seekers. Because now that I actually look into it further I don't believe it's a subconscious reaction anymore because if it was he would correct himself and call Blitzo "Blitz" so it would seem that he would at least try to respect his "friend".

Conclusion

So yeah, I believe that Moxxie and Blitzo's relationship went from two toxic employees, to them both actually coming to an understanding about each other, to one being a bully and another one being a submissive lapdog who tries to please said bully. That's their relationship as of Season 2 and whatever development they had just fell off a damn cliff and was cremated after the fall.

You guys may remember I said that Blitzo and Moxxie's relationship isn't being shown on screen that much in Season 2, well that's because most of Season 2 has became the Stolitz show with unneeded or more badly written episodes sprinkled inside of it. I'll make a blog about how much of a goddamn mess Stolitz is, but I will say just because the show focuses on it doesn't guarantee that it's going to be written well. Just look at Velma.

It's funny because the thumbnail literally had Octavia and Loona in it. So I assumed that everything would revolve around them. But it focused on Stolas and Blitz the most . Can never give these mfs a break off screen. And Moxxie and Millie were just put in there. They literally had no purpose at all. Why put them in the episode? It's not even about them. Seeing stars should've been about Loona and Octavia going out to have a girls night with the grimoire, with Stolas/Blitzø freaking out and having to unite forces even though they're still in weird terms with each other because of what happened at Ozzie's. Let Millie and Moxxie take a break from work because of the massive intrusion their boss just committed on them. Boom. All issues fixed. It would provide an opportunity for Octavia and Loona to just have an episode for themselves, closure for the Finale, and development for EVERYONE.

Well I'm so freaking happy that Lackadaisy is gaining a lot of attention and much deserved traction when it comes to the pilot short. I'm getting pretty annoyed of some people or stans constantly comparing it to Helluva Boss or others acting like Viv is the only sole creator of indie animation in general, like indie animated shorts have existed long before Viv came on the scene and Lackadaisy is totally different from any of Viv shows. The only thing that makes them similar is that they started off as indie projects but besides that the two are nothing alike whatsoever. Its just irritating hearing some call it "vivziepop Jr" or a " rip off" when Lackadaisy is its own thing entirely, like you got other skilled and creative just as very talented indie creators then just Viv.

I honestly expected it like….of course people are going to compare the two, because Hazbin is VERY famous and gained a cult following to be the face of indie animation, unlike Lackadaisy which only had a webcomic. But yeah, it is aggravating. Not just Lackadaisy, but any indie animated cartoon. People were comparing Far Fetched and Long gone Gulch to Hazbin as well, I can understand that Viv is the person who got many people into indie animation, but…..yeah that doesn’t mean Hazbin and Helluva are the only fucking indie animated shows on the planet to exist. Like I said, I have a few upcoming favorites of mine:

Like…..Hazbin and Helluva had their time to thrive and succeeded. Now it’s time to make way for future animated projects and let them have THEIR time to shine. Kinda wish people would keep that in mind but it is what it is.

Based on @dvcyncritcal 's post about Charlie and Lucifer looking exactly like twins, it just gave me an idea to reimagine Charlie for a moment because it's completely stupid how she doesn't have any features dedicated to her mother. So here's my take.

As you can see, I kept the red circles on Charlie's cheek bc I thought it looked cute that way. And I especially kept the hair and eyes. I made Charlie's skin color resemble Lilith's and her pupils the a different color exactly like her's too. And I gave her horns! Now she really looks like BOTH of her parents.

Any criticism is welcomed btw. If there's something you guys would love for me to change, let me know!

So, a new gif released this morning showing Asmodeus getting furious by something and Stolas is..there.

In all honesty, I thought that Stolas was not gonna be in this episode because holy shit, he's already in way too many episodes and he's not even a main character in the first place and I'm honestly just fucking tired of the Stolitz shit that's going on. I know Vivziepop said something like "Helluva Boss is Blitzo's story" but you have other characters too like what's the point of having all these characters if you're gonna do nothing with them?

Why this show doesn't expand on other characters and chooses to focus on the same characters that were already developed is beyond me.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure Blitzo had something to do with Asmodeus getting angry or Fizzarolli walking out on Asmodeus caused him to be mad, idk and idc. I just want to see Asmodeus and Fizzarolli again along with their relationship

On Twitter after the ep Viv confirmed Bee’s not really a hellhound she’s actually a fox…so a bug fox hybrid….it’s confusing ik.

Aw hell this is so confusing indeed. But I'm just going to say my own thoughts on the matter.

If she simply said that Queen Bee was a hybrid then I probably wouldn't complain that much. But since she was confirmed to be a 'queen bee', I have to take measures into my own hands because.... what the fuck?

Look at this picture very very closely. Does this look like a bee to you? Because to me, it looks like a regular hellhound but somebody slapped bee features into them because why not. There's not even a stinger on her ass. Just a lava tail. I don't recall bees having animals paws, but hey. Just a coincidence, right? Seriously, though...how is this mf a bee. She's got the same clothing as Loona, except it has a bit more color into it. It's incredible how Viv got pissy on Twitter one time because fans were redesigning Queen Bee so she can actually look accurate to how Viv depicted her to be. Like, how you gon get mad at people for redesigning this hell of a character you call a bee. Because she looks nothing like an insect. At all. You can't even compare her to the bee movie it's so bad. Her name is "Queen Bee". Why does she look like that?

At first I originally thought that the party was honey themed so I assumed that the hellhound was cosplaying as a bee...I never knew she was actually supposed to be an insect 💀....

When i saw Queen Bee's silhouette in the newest episode i genuinely believed we were gonna get a good design. From this angle she actually looked like a bee.

And then the reveal 💀

Exactly like she actually looked more bug like and I was expecting a wasp looking thing or something like that (since Beelzebub mainly represents insects) but NAH, just another pink sparkle dog OC that’s SUCH an eye strain to look at, it’s like Viv is back in her 2015-16 era. 🤢
