She absolutely loves color and has a true passion for all things home decor. Her collections include, among other things, pastel colored milk glass pieces and tobacco leaf porcelain. That’s what comes to mind when describing Lance’s incredibly styled Commerce, GA home! It’s a historic Mediterranean style house which he and partner David have been lovingly restoring for about 6 years now. And a medley of beautiful furnishings and details give this 6k square feet abode the look and feel of a Southern “Regency” style interior: refined and honors the past, while keeping pace and the needs of a modern family. Who Do They Share The House With? Baby dog Sam, and Lance’s son Thomas (who is currently at college) What/Where Do You Find Inspo? 'Everywhere! I love old interior books, especially from the '70s & '80s' What Do You Collect and Why? ‘Where do I start? I collect beautiful things that make me happy: design/history/architectural/art books, antique rose medallion, vintage Christmas ornaments/Italian ceramics/Fitz & Floyd dinnerware, and Chinoiserie!’ Fave Room? “I love our garden room off of the library” Best Bargain? ‘I have so many, but what got me started on “the thrill of the hunt” was my $10 circa 1860s antique bronze sculpture’ Fave Designer Past or Present?
