if anyone new here is concerned about this whole thing being a scam, the first pic is me and my SDit as a puppy last spring, the second pic is me a couple days ago with megace, a cancer drug that increases appetite to treat cachexia in very sick people. just one of several new specialty medications i take now, lol. the second pic has been edited to redact my personal information. the difference in how i look is substantial, at least to me. for anyone who needs more info in private, i can provide evidence of medical tests, care, meds, bills, whatever; can provide evidence of all that other shit with my car, family, service dog in training, etc too. i'm not okay, lol, and i'm not keen on dying before i even get to see the specialized oncologist. just the newest of many very cool tricks gd loves to play on eden 👍

while i'm not super active on here anymore nor do i intend to be going forward, i'm asking for help again, hopefully for the last time.

my car insurance payment comes out today (3/25) and it is $350 for the month. it will definitely bounce since my account is -$304 currently, until payday on april 1. if my insurance isn't paid by end of day today or early tomorrow morning, i will have a lapse in coverage, which in my state means i won't be able to drive my car to work, etc. and since this car still needs to promptly get registered/have my permanent disability plates transferred from the old car that was totaled, i could get my registration + plates confiscated or worse.

when i recently traded in my busted old car, the dealership was able to pay off its remaining loan balance from that extremely predatory loan company that did a bait and switch. the dealership rolled the amount over to a new loan with a far better interest rate. however, they paid off that loan amount in full only after accounting for a pending payment from my checking. there was a miscommunication, and i canceled that auto-payment, so there's still a balance of $164 left over to close out that loan account. it's about a week or 2 overdue, and it is my responsibility to pay, not the dealership's. this needs to happen before i do anything to register the new car.

in addition to all this, I've been experiencing a significant elevation in severe multisystemic medical issues. gotta shell out $360 out of pocket for an allergist appointment i had been told was covered by my insurance and that there was only a $20 copay. insurance won't pay. I have to pay copays for a recent er visit, as well as many specialists, meds, and various tests ranging from xrays to ecg + ekg, tee, mris, esis, pfts, so on and so forth, all of which have yielded clinically significant and very concerning results suggestive of a need for heart surgery, possibly have cancer, t1d, etc. still consulting with my care team, but there's a very uncertain future for me ahead. i do not really have the money to keep myself alive even now, so.

my service dog training goals have shifted to accommodate cardiac alert and response, there's a much higher need for elevated intensity and rigor of training. i've been delaying this phase of my SDit's competency exams because i literally cannot pay for the session. waiting to see if I'll be selected for grant funding to cover more specific + focused training for him since it's what we need, but i won't know until june.

lastly, there's a lot of other stuff up in the air right now. I can't really talk specifics yet, but long-term followers know at least some of the situation with the people who raised me. it's significantly worse in many ways than previously thought. i have strong grounds for a court case against them, and professional legal advice is for me to pursue that case. because i need to complete different paperwork to go back into my mom's family asap (which also requires court proceedings), shit is going to hit the fan pretty soon. I'll have to take multiple solo trips out to the Midwest in very quick succession. this will be expensive in terms of travel, court fees, food etc. as it stands, I'm not eating regularly anymore because it's too expensive.

tl;dr my life is utter dogshit right now, and i can't make it without help. would appreciate anything people can give. my initial goal is about $1,400 just to help me get out of the red, pay car insurance + some medical bills, close out the loan so it stops fucking my credit, and get something to eat. anything extra will go towards continued medical costs, service dog training, and travel + legal expenses. ask if you need more info or an alternative payment method. thanks, all.
