The Ninth Doctor & Rose Tyler 1.07 — The Long Game

I had one dream with a phone in it. And my mind was upset about it because it has "phones don't appear in dreams" as a mental rule somewhere. So it turned into a nightmare.

So obviously i wrote down my memories of the dream and saved them on my phone, enjoy!

Phones are claimed to not be in dreams, but last night there was one in mine. And let me tell you, i wish it wasn't there.

In my dream i was just enjoying a simple walk through the city, i got a message from a friend, looked at it, and when i put it away i was walking through a forest. Which didn't seem odd at first, since obviously i was just going for a walk to enjoy so ending in a forest was natural.

Then, it started to grow darker and darker. Well i had been walking for a while so that also made sense. I started to hear sounds which obviously, were just some animals getting scared by the sound i made stepping on branches and crunchy leaves.

But then, the darkness started to become a total void, i knew i was still in the forest, cause i could see the vague slightly darker outlines of the tree's. And once i got close enough i could notice them.

But i could feel being watched. Was starting to hear sounds more like soft snickering, tiny cries and giggles.

I remembered having the phone, and in hope of seeing something turned on it's light. Doing so, it auto turned on it's camera, couldn't blame the phone for not knowing what was happening, we were in a weird, slightly scary and interresting situation.

Looking around, i could see total void, looking at where the light shone, i could still see nothing. It was only on the tiny screen of my phone that i could see what i was looking at.

At first, it was nothing, just the regular trees i've been walking through, but the sounds, oh the sounds grew louder, at first they didn't even feel closer, just more active, energised and angry.

Then they started to sound close, surrounding and oh dear they were angry.

But still i couldn't see them, no matter which way i turned, the sounds where both behind and in front of me. But the source was hidden.

Then, i saw a quick moving dash on my screen, i couldn't make out what it was, all i knew was that it's fast. And still taunting me.

I started shouting, i don't know why, but i was just done with it's games. I told it to come get me and quit joking.

It resulted in silence...

The silence dragged on for minutes, seconds perhaps even half an hour, time just felt out of place.

A freezing cold hand grasped my left shoulder from behind, and a voice whispered in my right ear, telling me "that shouldn't exist here". And then a strong pull turned me around having me fall to the ground, yet as i turned in my fall there was nothing to be seen.

The moment i landed on the ground, i woke up, drenched in sweat and freezing cold all over except for the right side of my face, that felt to be in a high fever.

I wanted to grab my phone to check the time, to see if i still needed to sleep, even though i didn't want to and wasn't sure if i even could.

It wasn't plugged in my charger and after a short search i found, well, felt it by accident with my left leg in my bed.

Checking the time, it was 3 in the morning, checking my phone, the camera was turned on with 30 pictures of pure blackness.

everyone agreeing with this tweet is so lucky because cell phones have absolutely been in my dreams, specifically DREAMS ABOUT TUMBLR DISCOURSE. I literally had a dream my mutuals made a callout for me i'm not fucking joking helppp
