🏡 A few weeks back we got to experience a special handover for this home in Meringandan 🔑 A bit of back storey... When we first met, Tracey had been involved with a large scale project builder and had a not so enjoyable experience being given standard specs and prices that were said to be within budget, only to have cost go up and up and up the deeper into the detail she got. What started as a dream was soon turning into a nightmare to the point was just about ready to give up. After explaining how our Signature Design Experience, was a process that would guide her through each step of the build journey with realistic information about what could be achieved, we set about creating a home and specification that was uniquely tailored to all of her requirements and keeping within her budget 💰 Fast forward to handover day, it was one of the most satisfying days as a builder, seeing the elation and happiness that this home bought to her. What a cracking day to pour a slab 🌞 The @procrete.toowoomba boys worked in with the @scb_ig team to deliver this split let slab in Rangeville Credit goes to @vhd_studio for this design, where they worked closely with the clients in a layout that would minimise the earthworks and external retaining required for this block, allowing the clients to spend their budget on the more enjoyable items through the specification.
