So you know that one thing where the villain and hero switch bodies, and the villain was like, "Well, at least I can find out their secret identity", before he pulls off the mask and is like "I have no idea who this is", I just want that scene redone with Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Perry the Platypus, like one of Dr. Doofenshmirtz's inventions accidentally Freaky Friday them, and Dr. Doofenshmirtz is like, "well, at least I can know who Perry the Platypus really is" and then he takes off the hat, and he just goes "I have no idea who this is" that would be amazing, unfortunately, I am not very good at drawing

Another Doggone Hamster and Gretel theory.
Y'know, Churro the dog from Hamster and Gretel is portrayed as extremely stupid. Loveable, but stupid.
And yet... and yet, in the episode "Churro's Day Out," this really dimwitted dog was able to find his family all the way across town? How? Did he just happen to cross paths with them after mindlessly wondering across town, or was he actively tracking them the whole time?
Is Churro actually as dumb as he is made to look, or is his dimwittedness all a guise?
Y'know, I seem to remember him popping out of the cabinet under the sink in "Abuelita's World." What was he doing under there? Did he just stupidly wonder in there? I seem to remember on another cartoon, there was a certain pet platypus that regularly entered and exited your average, everyday funtiture.
Maybe Hamster and Gretel aren't the only ones in the Grant-Gomez family with secret identities. What if...
🎵 Dooby dooby doo-bah dooby dooby doo-bah dooby dooby doo-bah dooby dooby doo-bah. Churro! 🎶

I've heard people speculate that Dave and Carolina have known about Hamster and Gretel being superheroes all along. Now, assuming this is true, the question is, why do they know? Here's what I think: It's not some big conspiratorial reason.
The parents know because the aliens had to have them sign permission forms before giving their daughter superpowers. The reason Dave and Carolina haven't said anything is because it's funny watching their kids try to keep it a secret. This would be a truly hysterical plot twist.

WHY DOES NO ONE EVER TALK ABT MILO LITERALLY BEING GONE FOR TWO WEEKS WHEN HE WENT TO THE 1950S.
“We’re back in Milo’s time but two weeks later.” - DAKOTA.
TWO WHOLE WEEKS. IT ALWAYS IRRITATED ME THAT NO ONE BROUGHT THIS UP

Speculation on Hamster & Gretel based on Season 2 titles.
Tumblr media
"Tobor or Not Tobor" Nordle has to choose between Exclamation or Tobor. Hopefully, this could bring some closure to Exclamation and Nordle's relationship, though I feel like that would take a lot more than 11 minutes.
"My Hammie Vice" Hmm. Hammie, Hamster. Vice, as in vice president. Huh. Definitely something to do with Hamster. Maybe focusing of Hamster and Gretel's relationship.
"The New Adventures of Super Kevin" Most likely the episode in which Kevin gets powers.
"The Search for Super Guy" Kevin goes missing.
"Hamster Ex Machina" The definition of Ex Machina is  "a person or thing that appears or is introduced into a situation suddenly and unexpectedly and provides an artificial or contrived solution to an apparently insoluble difficulty." Perhaps Hamster solves the episode's plot in a crazy, contrived and silly way.
"Gretel's Day Off" Perhaps Gretel is becoming weary from all the superhero work and needs a break. Supposedly, Kevin has powers by this point. Perhaps he fills in.
"Gretel Keeps It Real" Identity reveal maybe.
"Squeaky Friday" The title is based on the movie "Freaky Friday" in which two friends get in a fight and switch bodies. Maybe Gretel gets into a fight with a friend. Kevin? Nah, we've seen them argue already. Bailey? Hmm. Interesting. What about... "squeaky?" *Gasp* What if Hamster and Gretel get into a spat? ... Nah. I doubt it. It's probably Bailey. It'd give Bailey a chance to have superpowers.
"A Tale of Two Grannies" Involves Abuelita.
"Who's Afraid of Mordros the Annihilator?" Mordros is most likely the great evil the aliens spoke of in the Season 1 finale.

There's a good chance I'm coping here, but it seems a bit strange to me to just throw away the Kevin x Hiromi ship when the penultimate season 1 episode had so much shipping fuel between the two of them:

It's pretty evident at this point that Hiromi does like Kevin back, so I do hope that Kevromi will be salvaged in Season 2 (and I think in order for that to happen, Hiromi needs to be let known about the truth regarding H&G so she can give Kevin a proper second chance).

The Phineas and Ferb Christmas Special We All Need But Will Likely Never Get.
I have an idea for an spin-off Christmas special featuring the characters from PnF, MML, and H&G.
The episode takes place 2000 years ago. It's based on the story of Jesus' birth.
We can have Phineas and Isabella being Joseph and Mary. (I know they're kids. Just age them up).
Hamster and Gretel are angels.
The extra angels, the Heavenly Host can be represented by the OWCA agents.
The Murphy gang can be shepherds.
Buford, Ferb and Baljeet can be the Magi. (Yeah, I know Magi didn't really show up until Jesus was about 2, but just for the story's sake, they're in here).
We can have either Doofenshmirtz or Professor Exclamation as King Herod. Personally, I don't think Doof would ever stoop as low as to kill a child, while Exclamation proved that he has no qualms doing so.
I know the ever secular Disney would never touch the story of Jesus, but hey. A guy can dream, right? It's not that I don't like the specials we have, but still, the story of Jesus' birth will always be the true story of this holiday.

Couldn't agree more. This episode honestly should have been a 45 minute special. Would have given them more than enough time to fit everything in. All the humanity we got from Lauren was questioning whether they should really attack Gretel, now that she's just a powerless kid. And what about Nordle? I get that Tobor has kinda picked up the role of a father figure, but cmon, they built him up to be a part of this conflict.
A list of ways they could have ended the Hamster and Gretel season finale that would have been better than whatever the hell that was:
Gretel reveals herself to Hiromi to help explain to her why Kevin constantly has to dip (Hiromi has proven herself trustworthy several times at this point there is literally no risk to telling her)
Kevin and Gretel have an actual heart to heart where they talk out why they're frustrated with each other
Gretel reads Kevin the speech she literally wrote for him
Some kind of flash back to the twins where we see Lauren starting to doubt the whole "supervillain" thing
I get it's a "kids show" but kids shows still deserve actually good writing and plot and this just. Wasn't it. The open ending was TOO open ended. Leaving the failed date for next season? Sure. Leaving the potential redemption arc for the villain next season? Yeah okay.
Wiping away the brother and sister tension with a throwaway scene and no follow up? Come on. And ending with the stupid aliens teasing next season, then crushing Kevin further with how he wasn't supposed to get powers, and finishing out the whole season with what literally is just a, "That's rough buddy?"
Yeesh.

Phineas: You fight an evil scientist? Why would you even do that?!
Doof: Actually I'm just a pharmacist. A lot of people are confused by the lab coat?
somewhere there’s a parallel universe where Doof is actually a pharmacist and everyone thinks he’s an evil scientist
