I'm back yall. Made the stupid decision to bulk. I put on some decent leg muscle but I miss being small.i only gained like 14lbs I can lose 9lbs easily in a week lol I just kinda wanna maintain the leg muscle 😭 while also getting my thigh Gap back.... wish me luck. I'm gonna be living off of cottage cheese and lean meat tell I'm actually happy with myself

I've been so inconsistent with my posting lately. Honestly, at this point, I care a lot more about feeling okay mentally than I do about losing weight. I still have so much weight to lose, but I think I'm gonna just try and maintain my weight for a bit until I get some things figured out. If I try to restrict a bunch while feeling this way, I just end up binging, which makes me feel worse.

I wasn't even able to enjoy my workout properly. I genuinely just felt so fat and disgusting. My thighs looked huge and my stomach was just vile. If I ever contemplate "recovery" again I'll remind myself that I spend hours in the gym every day and my happiness stems from wearing cute active wear sets and looking like I just walked off of a pintrest board.

I really should be getting in 90g of protein daily 🤦♀️
With 1350 cal that gives me 450 cals per meal
That is plenty of calories to get in at least 30g of protein per meal
I'm honestly not disappointed in today I'm pretty happy with my fat intake, I could go on for hours about the importance of dietary fat, I'm annoyed because the protein could definitely be higher 😒
