Often in the city, comfort is defined as dinner and/or drinks with the clique. But a city-dwelling suburban prep seeks comfort in introversion. May it be with a hot cup of vendo coffee at the airport waiting for a flight, or watching "hellos" and "goodbyes" at the boarding gates: he enjoys that mixed feeling of melancholy, nostalgia, and uncertainty. For there are more than a hundred layers underneath his layered ensemble.. as there are more shades of hue on his shirt. Always a predictable mystery that's often mistakenly "easily understood".

Killing Time
PR 0731 departing Suvarnabhumi at 2:00 PM +8 GMT.
Charles' consciousness is drifting. His cold palms are rubbing onto each other in hopes of getting warm. He is thinking of how it will be for them. He is worried that he might again be rejected by another street hipster. Now he's looking on his slippers to find some reassurance. He's running onto this, getting away from that. He is never looking back.
