Idk if I should call myself something different since I play both games now, but thanks for accepting my friend request! I decided to do a 10 pull on the Tomoe birthday banner and managed to get her card?! I’m also a good chunk into the first main story and am getting a feel of everyone. There are some interesting dynamics I’d love to see more of already! I just wanted to update you but since I’m here, who’s your fave band personality and music wise? thoughts on Shizuku’s relationship with everyone in l/n ?

THE MAIN POINT. the main point. shizuku is SO so grateful for leoneed and what they bring for shiho.

it is shown repeatedly thru stories that she asks each of them to look after shiho because she KNOWS she knows how happy they make her and how theyre a place that shiho can always come back to (the same way that she Is for shiho but she doesnt believe how important she is for shiho)

a part of me believes that ofc it is due to How shizuku is ofc. but shizuku never got to connect in such ways to ppl before highschool and airi and more more jump. she mentions that Already before being an idol ppl were put off by the 'gap' of her looks and personality so i always saw it as her being extremely lonely.

so when she sees that her younger sister Also has the tendency to be put away from her peers due to her personality. can you imagine how relieved she is when she sees three fellas always coming towards shiho and growing up with her. she actually so often mentions how glad she is that shiho is making friends when she hears that kohane and minori are ALSO friend with her later on. so leoneed being there for so long. my god she loves them. her little stars.

for each relationship separately now. First i want to state howwww badly i want prsk to Actually put more text in their relationships. we get bits here and there but its mostly from mouth to ear situation so i HOPE. that they get to actually hang More. anyway.

ichika. #pure heart class sweep. both have this very earnest way to be. especially to their relation to their skill and how they keep pursuing someone in hope to fine their own shine. i will say it for each one of them but. shizuku is so fond of her for that. i wish we got them to be more often together bc the comedy of them being a Bit too earnest in some situation would be Extremely funny.

saki. oh the heart in their sleeves girlies. i often think about how shizuku Also in some way was affected by their whole separation and how not seeing saki around while the three others were there. man. but they both love so so much the people dear to them and don't shy from telling and showing them and seeing them team up for shihos bday let me say Easily that it isnt the first and last time it happened. definitely think theyre the ones who might have the closest relationship.

honami. u ever think about how both of them were under this pressure of fitting the image that others had of them. and i truly. truly cant imagine the catastrophe that would happen if shizuku Learned about it. anyway. the. so much. caring. silent supporter. relearning Herself. they got so much in common and their moment in the same committee together where they got to. learn more about shiho in their own way. theyre so so sweet.

i think it is so extremely sweet that you can see a bit of shizuku in all three of them. little shiho mentions how much she admires and look up to shizuku. current shiho still does even if shes shy about it <3 but since her sister was such an important pillar of her life i think it tracks that all of her closest friends do reflect a lil bit of her in some way.

ie : ln are shizukus little stars. she keeps going to their rehearsals to bring them treats and cried when they formed their band and she keeps crying when she sees them grow on stage.

I’m back! So long story short, I decided to download Bandori lol. So far I’ve been taking it slow. I’m not sure how long it’ll be for me to learn each girl and band’s name, but I’ll try. I’m slowly reading through the main story (starting with year 1 since I like reading chronologically). Idk if you’re comfortable with this, but can I add you? Or maybe some people who wouldn’t mind a newbie would be willing to share their IDs? Also, do you have any beginner advice?

as for beginner advice... since you are familiar with prsk id say you'll find your footing quite easily in the grinding, adjusting your settings to fit your preferences etc.

you'll see that actually bandori is Way less grind demanding to level up area objects and all. lvl 5 for area objects will make u have a s score on most song even if u have a team full of 3* ! (also u gotta change them around unlike prsk who Always have all of them activated but auto settings will save u on that)

tho be careful that. songs that are lvl 26+ can have quite a gap in difficulty compared to prsk lmao. for example i can manage to get thru a good bunch of lvl 29 prsk songs but i CANT clear for the life of me most 28 from bandori lmao.

always play in bonus x3 its the most optimized way to get ep and so free cards. and just in Case that you are a potential tierer. save your big cans and such theyre way rarer than small cans.

but other than that once youre done with the og main story just have fun getting to know those fellas !! just do whatever feels most right for you and take your time :D

It’s the prsk only anon. Oh yeah I did see there was an anime! I just have to make time for that lol. But I was thinking you could make it easier for other people like me who aren’t familiar with both yet. Can you explain or summarize what the similarities and differences are between prsk and Bandori stories?

biggest difference you had in early bandori and early prsk is that the event stories in bandori feel way more 'one shot' like than prsk. the character development still happen and the past events are still referenced ofc but in comparison the events Suffice in themselves. best Counter example with prsk is the first leoneed arc from unit story to resonating with you. all the events specifically build up to this etc. currently i feel like the tendency is actually being reversed on both sides which is nice to see !!

bandori also got a WIDE cast of characters. 45 whole girlies to enjoy. so you are Bound to find one that you enjoy following in their story and character development. also each group got their Own specific visuals and Type as one does in that genre. theres a Lot of cross bands friendships and connections that are so so fun to follow thru and also nice to see how it impacts the story

bandori actually now got 10 girlies in college ! we had a huge pre graduation arc that touched onto all the subjects that what graduation Mean to those characters. some were excited. some were so so scared (imai lisa <3). and now the stories do take into account that change. as well as the fact that a LOT of other girls are now in their last year of highschool. which is not something that prsk has touched upon yet so it feels nice to see !!

i think that prsk often made a name for itself for having 'heavier' themes and writing but as someone who has read a fair share of both that both share the same tone and type of writing while being very distinct from each other. maybe that bandori is a bit more Subtexty in its heavier themes earlier on but they exist and are actually very much portrayed in the mygo anime and in more events going forward.

now that we got the big broad strokes of the Writing and story. the Actual goal of those two franchises. music. which is both so so great

while all of bandori music is made with 'it must sounds like a band is actually playing it' in mind (compared to prsk units who are Less limited by that in some way) All the bands have a Very distinctive sounds and genre of band music. no matter which band you love the most you will Always want to check what the others are doing and it wont feel repetitive in the slightest

prsk is SO good to make you discover producers, their style of music and their discography. which is so great to me who never got to deep dive into vocaloid music until i got into prsk. bandoris music will often have the same ppl working on it (unless mygo and avemuji who got Separated music production which is Great) so it doesnt have that kind of reach

i will say it. it is FUN to compare when both franchise got covers in common when ppl Arent being disingenuous about the quality of each (prsk violently shaking you to fix your mixing on some covers PLEASE) and to see why and how they both make it work !!!

LIVE PERFORMANCES. both got their own brand performances ofc. prsk more in line with what vocaloid concerts are like. adore seeing them. but ooh bandori. the whole goal of the franchise was to put on concerts and by god they succeeded. 6 out of the 9 bands got live concerts fully performed by the seiyuu. and it is SO so great to see them progress when you know that a GOOD bunch of them picked up their instruments just for that role. cant recommend to watch bandori concerts enough. if anything.

i will stop there for now but those are my personal important points !!!
