Bio: Toby’s never been that great at keeping his powers in check since he was an espurr and as such had always been a danger to quite a few people. Meaning that he had to be home schooled and kept under a watchful eye. Which isn’t to say that he didn’t find ways to sneak out of the house more than once. Often when he went out is when he would unfurl his ears not caring if they caused any damage. On one of these expenditures he just happened to cross paths with someone and effectively “mess them the fuck up.” The ordeal ended up with him being taken from his family and sent to an institution of sorts to get him under control. There he met Gale and they became friends and it was probably the first time he made an effort to keep in control. He was “released” so to speak since there was nowhere else for him to go. Toby still gets up to trouble and it takes him quite a bit of effort to calm down enough to get odd jobs to make enough money to sustain himself.
