Yes; I have used it and it helped me focus better on my tasks

I didn’t notice a different when I used it

No; I’ve used it before and it didn’t help me focus on my task at all

No; it actually worsened by ability to focus/was more of a distraction

I’ve never used the Pomodoro technique
