Sorry I've not been the most active, Uni has been a lot recently. I'm hoping to get some ideas and stock the queue in a week or two, once things calm down a bit

Alastor doesn't like it when Luce protects him. There are a few very specific circumstances where he encourages it though. And that's when Alastor is trying to make him jealous. Let me explain:
Lucifer is the jealous type, but he never acts on it. Because it used to upset Lilith when he did as if she couldn't take care of herself or she'd be disloyal to him. So he just doesn't.
But Alastor likes it when he gets jealous. He thinks it's funny to see how others react to the king being upset with them and likes seeing that he's important enough for the king to bother with jealousy. He likes the king getting all puffed up and defensive if he thinks someone is crossing one of Alastor's boundaries
This causes some issues at first, because Al tries to make him jealous, but never gets a reaction which makes him angry and makes him do it more. Meanwhile, Lucifer is spiraling because Alastor clearly doesn't love him. Charlie has to step in to explain to Alastor why her dad isn't doing anything, and Nifty and Husk explain it to Lucifer.

Vox is convinced that Luce's whole 'I don't do TV' is because of Al. He's determined to break it, to prove to Alastor and the whole ring that he's better. But, as we know, it's not. So this does not go over well. Vox shows up and Lucifer is polite to him, in his normal friendly but awkward way. Everyone else is shocked that he's getting along so well with a guy his mellowfriend* hates. This is because Al hasn't bothered to tell him about Vox because Vox is just, not important to him. but eventually, Lucifer gets tired of playing nice and snaps. Like, what is your deal? I just don't watch TV, it's not a personal attack.
Vox snaps that it is very much so because of Alastor. Lucifer just stares at him and is like '??? What does he have anything to do with this?' Husk, who's at the bar watching this whole thing, tiredly explains what's up to the king.
Who immediately turns and walks up the stairs; yelling for Alastor to get down here and explain why he didn't explain he had a rival. Vox is left standing there, mouth open as he realizes that Alastor hadn't even told Lucifer about him.

RadioApple Incorrect Quote, ft. Vox
Vox: So, what's it like living with Lucifer? Alastor: They once referred to sand as "heterosexual glitter." Vox: ... Alastor: I love them so much.
*Alastor and Lucifer flirting with each other yet again* Vox: And you two are sure you're not dating? Alastor: 100%. Lucifer: Of course not! Why would you think that? Vox: I wonder why that possibility would even cross my mind, Lucifer. I f---ing wonder.
Alastor: Two years ago, I married my best friend. Alastor: Vox is still mad about it, but me and Lucifer were drunk and thought it was funny.
*Vox teaching Alastor to drive and taking Lucifer along for the ride* Vox: That's a pothole. To the left! Alastor: Take it back now y'all *Drives into a pothole* Lucifer, sticking their face into the front over the center console: Cha Cha real smooth. Alastor: I don't think that's how the song goes. Vox, crying and gripping the handle: Please just take me home. Alastor: Country Roads. Lucifer: To the place. Alastor and Lucifer in unison: I Belong! Vox, crying harder: What the f---?
Lucifer: Alastor is at that very special age where a kid only has one thing on their mind. Vox: Boys? Alastor: Homicide.
Vox: Everyone thinks you suck. Lucifer: I think you have the wrong number… Vox: Alastor? Lucifer: Nope. Lucifer. Vox: Well, you probably suck too…
Lucifer: You need a hobby. Vox: I have a hobby! Lucifer: Fawning over Alastor isn’t a hobby.

Y'all know how it's said that fashion is a cycle? Like trends start to repeat every 20 or so years and to some extent around every century?
What if Lucifer and Charlie convinced him to move forward and do more modern things, but only from the times when the wheel of fashion had turned to repeat things simpler to the 20s

Lucifer is the kind of person who anyone can make flustered. At least until it's a situation where everyone else is, and then he's the levelheaded, calm, and collected one.
Alastor is the kind of person who no one can fluster unless you're a five-foot-nothing man named Lucifer.

In an attempt to prove that he's the superior option to Charlie, both Alastor and Lucifer try to cook something for the other. Al bakes some kind of sweet thing for Lucifer. Lucifer tries to make something spicy and bitter for Al. Needless to say, neither turn out well.
They don't even try to sabotage each other, because there's always someone watching them (the showoffs). The rest of the hotel agreed that it might have been better if they did try sabotage. RadioApple is understandably very offended and ends up working together to prove to the others that they are, in fact, great at cooking and baking thank you very much!

Oh for love of - Okay so I forgot to put "For Rosie, Alastor and Lucifer be?" on the title and I only just realized it. But the names themselves, and the tags clued y'all in so it's fine. That minor mishap aside:
I shall now be tagging QRP Lucifer x Alastor x Rosie as GoldenCanibals

Movies/Shows I think Alastor Would Watch, on the Rare Occasion He is Forced to
The Addams Family, both the 60s show and the 90s movies
Casablanca
Citizen Kane
Carrie
Montey Pathoen and the Holy Grail
It's a Wonderful Life
Murder on the Orient Express
Psycho
Grapes of Wrath
Lucifer will join him if it's The Addams Family, Montey Pathoen, or Murder on the Orient Express. The others are completely dependent on his mood and how much convincing the others have done

Was talking with @rub1x about what RadioApple's love languages would be.
And I have to say, I feel like Alastor's has to be Quality Time. Followed by Words of Affirmation, though he's well aware that in hell you have to be careful about people who seem to be trying to get in your good graces.
However! I do feel like that's how he receives love, not how he gives it. That's Gifts because he refuses to let his guard down enough to actually do anything else.
Rub1x agrees, and added that "I feel like with his past (both in the human world and in hell), he would have trust issues His gifts would be experimental, sometimes wanting to please Lucifer and other times purposefully giving him weird things like deer hearts and such"
We're still trying to work through Lucifers. Words, Time, and Sercive all make very good cases for themselves

Sometimes, in an attempt to fight the depression, Luce will have a bunch of projects going at once. This doesn't work and then he just feels bad that he's never going to complete them.
Alastor helps him come up with a schedule for them and will check up on him every so often. If the project is a quiet enough one, he'll even let the king sit in his radio tower to work on it while he broadcasts.

(shout out to @rub1x for helping inspire this headcanon)
Headcanon that Alastor’s shadow is somewhat sentient because it allows for a Heart-to-Heart moment where Al is chasing his shadow around because it's refusing to listen and is too busy being obviously in love with Lucifer. It'll say things right to Lucifer’s face that Alastor would say, if was wasn't in denial, but in another language such as Louisiana Creole or French. It knows that saying them in a language the king can understand will make Alastor very mad.
Alastor basically tackles it to get it to stop and drags it away with no explanation. He is very grateful that the king's isolation means he never bothered to learn a lot of human languages. Lucifer, in turn, studies non-stop so the next time it happens he'll understand what is being said. He thinks he's being insulted, but doesn't understand why Alastor would drag it away then. Once he learns what it was actually saying he gets it. He also pretends not to know the language still, so the shadow will keep talking to him.

Al and Luce disguise themselves and perform on the street to see who is the better musician (think a bit like one-man band). They have to do it in disguise because they don't want people to react out of fear of their reputation. They manage to draw a pretty large crowd and are evenly tied for most of the time.
And then Vox shows up.
He's not happy that these two random guys are distracting people from his screens and plans to either offer than a gig or kick them out of his part of the city. They both reject him, saying they have no desire to work for him. They laugh too, which makes him angry.
He goes to attack them, which ends about as well as you'd think it would.
Lucifer and Alastor team up and beat the daylights out of the TV demon while performing. At some point, the disguises slip, but they don't notice until they get back to the hotel and the others tell them they're on the news.

Alastor teases Lucifer about his height, like all the time. it ticks Lucifer off at first, but then he realizes he can just make all the doors his height and Alastor will have to crawl to get through them. The others beg him to undo it because Alastor can teleport and they can't. Lucifer (seemingly) does. The others are quite pleased and Alastor mentally smirks at the king being a pushover. And then he tries to enter the hotel after them, and the door shirks in the split second between the others entering and him entering. He runs face-first into the wall
(though of when @rub1x and I were talking about RadioApple's height difference)

This is true, but consider: he was under the impression they didn't want to see him. Possibly even that they hated him.
But Alastor?
If Alastor didn't want him searching, he would say so. In fact, he'd probably do a whole big speech about it, assuming he didn't broadcast the whole thing. No Alastor going missing would be taken as a challenge for attention. Or that he's planing something and Lucifer needs to stop him.
Now how long Lucifer would keep looking is up for debate, but I do think he'd at least give it a shot, unless Alastor gave him a solid reason to think he shouldn't.
Alastor would disappear for 7 years, Lucifer would be searching for him that entire time
Homeboy didn't even search for his wife or call his daughter much at all. He went into a depression and started making ducks. I do not believe that man will go deer hunting.

QPR RadioApple scenario
Alastor manages to drop enough hints to Lucifer that he’s in a deal he doesn’t want to be, and Lucifer brute forces his way through it to free Al. Lilith can tell that something has happened she just can’t tell what. She decides to check up on that while she’s visiting Charlie to scope out the situation.
Charlie is thrilled to have her mom back. She expects her dad to be too, and while he is glad to see her, it’s not the reaction either woman was expecting. Charlie insists that they work it out right away and Lucifer just gives her a tight smile and says “Char Char, I love you Mom. Always have, always will. But I’ve also come to realize that we didn’t have the healthiest relationship. I do want to fix things, to be a family again. But for that to happen, there would have to be changes both your mom and I would need to make, and I just don’t know if that’s going to happen. So, I’m just… on guard so that doesn’t happen.”
Lilith is, of course, very upset by this because their relationship was fine! Sure, it was tense before the split, but they had millenniums together that were good. She demands to know what these changes would be and Lucifer bites his lip before explaining. “We can’t be each other’s only support. We need to have relationships and connections outside of that. You had your band, but you got mad anytime I tried to make some. You yelled that you should be good enough, and lashed out when I asked why that was the cause for me and not you. You wanted to be the sole support for me, but you weren’t there when I needed you. I didn’t understand your passions and your drive, you didn’t understand my depression and how it affected me.”
Lilith starts to protest, and Lucifer cuts her off. “You didn’t even like that I had a relationship with Charlie Lilith. You were angry that she could make me smile and seem more like myself than you could. It never even occurred to you that I was faking it. That I was still empty and wanted to vanish into nothingness, but that I was trying to be strong for our daughter.”
Lilith is quiet, because, well she hadn’t considered that. Charlie is even more upset now because while she had started to put some of this information together (mainly the last part) she hadn’t expected this. But she tries to put on a brave face, “We can work through that though, right? Mom, you know there’s nothing wrong with Dad going to other people for help. It doesn’t mean he doesn’t love you. And dad, Mom wanting to be your support is because she loves you too.”
Lucifer, who was watching his shadow (read, staring down Al who is hiding in it) turns to look at her, pursing his lips. “No, and yes, duckling. I’m not sure if we can work through it. Not all at once at least. But yes, I know it’s because she loves me. However,.” His eyes dart to the shadow again, “there is one more thing we’d have to consider. It’s one thing to ask that she let her have friends and that I make sure she doesn’t feel like she’s being replaced. It’s another to ask her to accept that I…. have recently entered into QPR. And if she doesn’t accept that, that’s okay. Because it’s a lot. But it's also not okay for her to ask to be to end said QPR so I can be with her.” that just opens a whole other can of worms because neither Lilith nor Charlie really understands what that means because a QPR is something that is super personalized to the people in it.
Lucifer hopes that Charlie will understand how important it is to him, even if she doesn’t fully understand it and help back him up, but Charlie is too busy freaking out over the fact that 1) apparently her dad’s been in a relationship with someone and hasn’t told her and 2) this might keep her family apart. Lilith is just ticked off about #1, and it turns into an all-out fight.
Alastor decides to finally step in, because Lucifer is clearly getting overwhelmed by this and because of who it is, he’s not going to do anything to really stop them.
This proves to be a bad idea, as Lilith realizes what must have happened to the deal and starts yelling about that as well. Charlie is now under the impression that Alastor only comes to the hotel because of her mother (which is, not wrong) and also that her dad may or may not have forced this QPR on Alastor. Lucifer is devastated by this accusation, and Alastor loses it. Like, flings them back in a fit of rage, has Charlie by the neck, threatens to kill her if Lilith makes one wrong step. Lucifer is just paralyzed in shock. “Alastor!” Is all he gets out, and Alastor waves a hand in his direction. Charlie is dropped into a chair, and Alastor gets in her face.
“Let’s make a few things very clear, child. First of all, your mother is hardly a good person. She left you and your father so she could cozy up with Adam in heaven. The only reason she is back is that she needs to find a way to convince them to let her stay now, he’s gone. Second, while I did originally come because of her orders, I stayed because I had started to care.” He spits the word out like it's poison. “A foolish thing to do, I knew. If only I knew exactly how stupid of a mistake that was. Caring for people who defend monsters while accusing innocents of being worse is always the worst move. And that brings me to the last point. Your father has never, ever, used his position to force anything on anyone. He is a perfect gentleman, and it’s one of the things that draws me to him the most. There is no expectation of kissing, sex, anything! No, the only expectation is that we carry on as ourselves.”
He pulls away, still in his demon form. He glares at Lilith and snarls. Lilith takes a step back because she wasn’t expecting him to dare face her.
“You are pathic. You should be ashamed to call yourself a mother. All you’ve ever done is hurt that girl. How Lucifer still has it in him to love you, I will never know.” He takes a step towards the king and scopes him up in one hand. “I believe that Charlote said she wanted you out of her hotel, did she not? Well, then we shall leave. A week should be enough to think things over, I believe. If you still want us gone by them, we’ll stay away.” His smile shifted from strained to cruel. “Though I would also consider that losing us means losing Nifty, Husk and both our towers.” Charlie is still just staring at them, trying to understand what she’s seeing.
Surely Alastor isn’t cradling her dad to his chest. Her dad is silently crying, curling up to the Radio demon. This isn’t happening, it makes no sense. When it’s obvious that she isn’t going to say anything, Lilith starts to speak.
The men are gone in a puddle of shadow before she can get a word out.
Lucifer is having a horrible time at his place, a full-blown panic attack, crying, the works. Alastor is trying to help, but he really has no clue what he’s doing. He’s also not in the best state to be trying. Eventually, they managed to calm down enough to get food and water and crash into one of the king-size beds in a guest room. They don’t even really touch as they sleep, just curl up next to each other.
Meanwhile, Charlie is also not having a great time. Vaggie practically busted down the door after Alastor took her dad and left, and as much as the princess wants to tell her girlfriend what happened, she can’t. She’s still trying to work through it.
That’s all the thoughts I have on the matter for the moment. But I will do part two, and there will be a happy ending.
